Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park

I visited her for Business trip. It was good than another hotel.

Room is comfortable. Foreigner food variation is not much, and taste is so so. Waited for 30 mins when I called to refill water in room, turned up called 3 times only I get couple small bottles of water.

It was good.

Reached Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park on 13Nov24 night after landing in Bangaluru following a very long tiring day and was looking forward to a quick check-in and some much deresved rest. However, I was quite appalled at the rude behaviour of the person at the check-in counter. Not only was Mr Sahil disrespectful and impolite, he was argumentative, ungracious, arrogant and gruff. There was nothing pleasant in the check-in and the experience left me slighted and abused. I did bring it up to the Duty Manager after check-in. Although the hotel is conveniently located for me and I have stayed here a number of times earlier, I will actively look to change to an alternate place as soon as possible. No guest should be made to suffer abusive behaviour by inconsiderate hotel staff, and I hope this reaches the appropriate level of the hotel management and also suffers as a warning to other fellow guests.

PROS : 1.Reception staff , Mevin Lettcher ( guest relations executive) & Pasang were courteous , pleasant, helpful-approachable always 2.Check-in process: fast; no hassles 3.Location-Convenience and ease of staying near the conference venue- “Hilton Convention Centre” 4.Restaurants surround the hotel from fine dining to…1km by walk will find you your closest McDonalds or just across from the hotel , Dominoes 5. Breakfast spread though not typical for the Hilton group of hotels,the trainee chefs , Janpreet and the Anushree ( not sure of her name but she was in charge of the live French toast /waffles station, on two out of the four days that we were there for) forthcoming in giving us options , to taste some healthy petit fours 6.Bathroom and bedroom quite spacious to place luggage 7.Bedroom booked was for 2 individuals , with queen sized bed & a sofa bed - very comfortable 8. 24x7 hot water 9.Stayed in room 2312 - the view , non smoking and noise free CONS: 1.Breakfast spread not befitting for Hilton ; bakery items some days,found them to be stale 2. Pool and gym located in another building 3. Location - surrounded by many restaurants that are not uberly great and tad bit expensive ; quite far to travel to closest grocery shop 4.The entry to the hotel is a bit congested ,as road work is going on ; so exploring by foot or hailing an Uber is also cumbersome 5.Normally the 5-star and 7-star hotels leaves complimentary notes or welcome gestures, items for their guests
