Ich brachte meine Kinder während der Maifeiertage nach Harbin und entschied mich für dieses Hotel, nachdem ich wiederholt Hotels in der Nähe der Central Street verglichen hatte. Was meine Tochter mag: Zelte in der Eltern-Kind-Suite, Puppen, Märchenbücher, verschiedene Klaviere, intelligente Frühpädagogikmaschinen, die singen können, und am liebsten die Verkleidung der Königin. Sie sagte, sie möchte für immer hier leben. Was mir gefällt: guter Service, eine Tasse Kumquat-Tee beim Eintritt, Gepäck aufs Zimmer geschickt, kostenlose Erfrischungen und Nachmittagstee, reichhaltiges Frühstück, obwohl das Zimmer kein Hauptlicht hat, ist es hell und nicht blendend, es gibt zwei Luftbefeuchter, Das Zimmer ist warm und komfortabel. Es ist nicht trocken und es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flussufers und des Morgenmarkts in der Hongzhuan Street in der Central Street. Ich werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft wieder wählen.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Strategische Lage neben der Central Street. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, die Details sind aufmerksam und das Zimmer ist etwas kleiner. Der Service ist aufmerksam und enthusiastisch, insbesondere Manager Lin Jing. Als wir eincheckten, sah er, dass viele Leute und Gepäck da waren, und ergriff die Initiative, um uns um die Betreuung zu kümmern. Die Rezeption bereitete auch Nachmittagstee zu von 10 bis 9 Uhr. Es gab nicht viele Sorten, aber alle waren köstlich. Auch Milch und Obst wurden abends geliefert, was sehr rücksichtsvoll war. Als es während unseres Aufenthalts zu einem plötzlichen Wasser- oder Stromausfall kam, sorgte Manager Lin Jing ruhig, schnell und proaktiv für vernünftige Lösungen aus Sicht der Gäste, was sehr schön war. Gerade wegen dieses proaktiven und aufmerksamen Service haben wir das gemacht Darunter sollten Sie nicht leiden. Wechseln Sie in ein anderes Hotel und warten Sie auf die Lösung des Hotels. Im Sommer, wenn es so viele Menschen und Kunden gibt, ist es wirklich lobenswert, dass das Hotel immer noch diese Art von Servicequalität und aufrichtige Einstellung bieten kann.

It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season. Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility. As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave. Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

We were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

Everything is very, very good… My sincere thanks to Miss Eva Li for her great extraordinary support and services. Many thanks also to Miss Xiao Song at the front desk for her kind help.  I am very satisfied with everything in this hotel, that’s why I decided to extended my stay for several more days.  The room is specious , very comfortable ,  super quite , clean and tidy, with modern design and furniture. The electrically controlled blackout curtains are also very efficient to make the room darker even during the sunny days. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel a lot and I would definitely come back again and again in the near future

Location: The hotel is conveniently located 3 mins walk from Central Street, making it easy to explore the heart of Harbin. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, note that the road is one-way, which can result in a longer taxi ride. Room: My room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the complimentary fruit, milk, and mini souvenirs provided upon arrival. Service: The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, even in the middle of the night. I am very grateful for their help, especially at 3 AM.

The metro is just outside the hotel. Makes travelling to central street about 3 stations away. Hot tea is available at the reception especially comes in useful after returning from the cold outside in -16C. Metro line 2 also fetch you to the ice n snow world. Change over to line 3 to visit the Chinese baroque building. Room is cleaned regularly. Quiet and comfortable.

設施：今年剛剛開業的設施都很新穎，酒店各項設施都很齊全 環境：整潔乾淨 服務：前台、門僮和服務員小楊熱情周到 建議：已經到了夏季的階段，作為五星級酒店，中央空調卻開不了冷的，問了工作人員説空調在檢修，衹能開窗。。。晚上睡覺會被熱醒，這確實是很難受的一件事情

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋
