I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Initially, I was quite disappointed with the service. The check-in process was slow, and the room assigned was not up to the mark, leaving me questioning my choice to stay at the property. However, things took a positive turn when I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, Sunny. His response was nothing short of outstanding. Sunny listened patiently to my concerns and promptly addressed every issue. The bedsheet had some marks, which I pointed out to him, and he immediately got it replaced with a new one. He was focused on providing the best possible support during my stay, including arranging breakfast and dinner. He went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. During my stay over the Christmas holiday, I had brought a gift for my son and requested Sunny to deliver it while telling him that Santa had come and left the gift. He was extremely supportive in making the arrangements and ensured the gift was delivered in the morning, just as I had hoped. Sunny's proactive and empathetic approach completely transformed my experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. By the end of my stay, I felt valued and well cared for, which is the hallmark of great hospitality. While the initial hiccups were disappointing, the recovery made by Sunny and his team (Chotti) deserves appreciation. I would recommend Ginger Hotel, but I also suggest they work on improving the initial experience for guests. A big thank you to Sunny for turning things around and leaving a positive impression.
