Beautiful rooms, delicious food.. breakfast and dinner in Conall Cearnach and Summit bar in golf club. Friendly staff.. wonderful Christmas break.

아일랜드 마지막여정에 들른 골프리조트.
날씨가 좋았으면 마지막 골프 라운딩으로 대미를 장식 했을텐데 아쉽게 비가 오네요.
하지만 스텝분들 너무 친절하시고 분위가 좋아서 모두 상쇄하고도 남았어요.
저녁.. classic course restaurant 에서 식사는 가성비 짱입니다.먼길 운전하고온 남편과 느긋하게 와인한병 가볍게 비우고..live music bar에서 Guinness..
너무 친절한 아일랜드사람들..마지막이 좋으면 다 좋다~~😁

Das Classic Doppelzimmer hatte schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren am Interieur , die Dusche war schimmelig , nicht wirklich zum wohlfühlen (inklusive sehr hellem strahler direkt vorm Fenster ) Frühstücksbuffet eher durchschnittlich OK die Pancakes waren schimmelig ! Alles in allem kein so angenehmer Aufenthalt

The hotel is very nice , and there is a nice walk around the grounds, with the pool would be great for families. Dining you have to choose based on what you want. if you want the service and experience go to the main restaurant . However if you are traveling for business and just want food there is the other restaurant at the other end of the Hotel past the pool . this restaurant has great food and even better views, but do not expect service. the restaurant manager has a permanent scowl so you feel like an inconvenience and waiting staff are young. Breakfast is back in the main restaurant food is great but again forget the idea of service. Pool bar rooms are all excellent. Hotel is big you get your steps in just walking from room to breakfast.

Everything is 5 star..apart from the price. We went as a family to the Sunday Switch Off deal which was such great value of money. It was €110 for overnight stay, two course dinner and breakfast. Beautiful setting with plenty of cosy sitting areas around the reception area. The thermal spa was very relaxing and guests get free access to the pool area. Food was absolutely amazing and the bed was 10 out of 10 for comfort. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Excellent family rooms that still provided that element of luxury for Mum and Dad. Staff on the whole were very welcoming and helpful. Children were welcome in any of the restaurants and not made to feel otherwise. Food was very good and competitively priced. Pool is a good size and children loved. Gym has decent equipment for a work out. The only negative is the changing rooms need a bit of an overhaul and were cold. Setting is lovely and garden walk pretty - we played mini golf and ate food in the lobby/bar before leaving - food was enjoyed by all and again price was excellent for this lunch. only regret is we weren't staying longer. I hope the new owners of this hotel (as I believe its for sale) retain the staff and its many other positive offerings

Just returned from a fabulous stay in the Slieve Russell Hotel. We are returning customers and every time we have stayed has been fantastic. There were 13 of us celebrating a milestone birthday and we loved to sit in the lobby chatting, Concierge Margaret looked after us very well, nothing was ever too much bother, she is the perfect person to have front of house, so friendly and welcoming. We booked the Summit Bar and Restaurant in the Golf Club for evening meal, we were disappointed that Anita was not working as she was excellent the last time we were there and one of the reasons we chose there for dinner. We didn’t get as good a service as we did the last time she was there, it was fine but not on par with when Anita is working. The following day we made our way to the Summit Bar and Restaurant as we had enquired and we knew Anita was working, she really is a credit to the hotel and she is one of the reasons we return to the Golf Club. I was shocked to hear that she wasn’t manager / assistant manager as we had assumed she was from the service we received from her. You can tell she really loves her job and wants the customer to throughly enjoy their stay. We will be back!

The downstairs bar pint larger shandy + pint coke 13 euros but not a pint coke 2 small bottles then told can put more in but more exspensive. A pint not a pint. Large bar area not too busy. No baked beans on full english breakfast so a bit dry to eat. Pool not very big £170 a night.

Stayed here for the first time and this is my honest review: Hotel and decor beautiful Every single member of staff where incredible (they are all a credit to the hospitality sector and the hotel) Our room 207 was nice only gripe was view but would request different one next time I really appreciated the water fountain on the floors and think this is a great feature for sustainability and for customers visiting the hotel, well done for that Didn't use the leisure facilities but my partner did and thinks we were both bit disappointed that we paid so much money to stay and dine, throughout the duration of our stay that I definitely think it should have been complimentary. I have 4 kids and the pool was very crowded and it would have been a lovely feature to have for couples visiting.I hope you change this in the future. Otherwise our stay was really lovely and would be back to visit soon as we loved the grounds so well maintained and felt like it was such a great added feature to this already beautiful hotel. Thank you, hope to visit soon
