Novotel Hotels in Bali

Each day, breakfast was served with almost the same content. Furthermore, there was a small variety of Indonesian food at breakfast. The air conditioner was out of order and it was too hot to sleep on the first day. I informed the front desk that it was malfunctioning, but there was no improvement the first day, and when I complained the next day as well, repairs were made. During this process, the customer was not informed if the repair was completed or not. The location was in a quiet area, so it was a little far from the main tourist attractions, but the price of meals and massages were cheaper than nusa dua area. Still, compared to the local area, various prices were higher for tourists. The deposit is requested at the time of initial reception, but please note that it will not be refunded unless I ask for a refund at check-out. The hotel staff were all smiling and excellent service.

I stayed for a few hrs due to my flight being at night. I’m glad to have gone there to rest. I also did one last massage before I left the country. It was great. Both the hotel and the spa. 10/10

Всегда беспроигрышный вариант по соотношению цена-качество. Трансфер до пляжа есть, до Bali Collection тоже. Рядом с отелем куча всевозможных баров, кафешек, мини-мартов, прачечных. Завтраки в отеле весьма разнообразны и проходят в живописном ресторане. Отельный спа-центр очень даже не плох. Персонал дружелюбен и отзывчив. В номерах все, согласно заявленному. Рекомендую.
