Terrible hotel. They have bugs! Vermins. I have dozens of bites. Also they have roaches everywhere. Do not recommend. The food is not good... very much disappointed with this place. Rooms are not clean. Towels which are supposed to be white.. are yellow and brown

Ruhe im Hotel im Juni 2024. Das Hotel hat es gefallen. Ich war im Standardzimmer untergebracht. Es gab leckere Frühstücken. Ich freue mich sehr über den Pool und den Fitnessraum. Ich möchte allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels für meinen bequemen Urlaub viel danken.

Das Frühstück ist zu schwer zu essen. Umwelt: Alles in Ordnung. Einrichtung: Es ist relativ neu ~ Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß. Es gibt Fenster. Service: Hotel-Trailer müssen auf der Rezeption fragen Gesundheit: Es gibt keine Zahnfleisch ~ Waschmittel sind wirklich schlecht

Sehr gute Lage. Blicke auf das Frühstück vom Kaffee sind den Aufenthalt allein wert. Die Zimmer mit Balkonen sind wert mehr zu zahlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist immer aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Liebte die wahre authentische Erfahrung von Azerien über ein Kette-Hotel oder Geschäft Boutique Hotel. Echt erinnerelig Hotel Aufenthalt

Es war ein wunderbarer 12-Tage-Familie in Baku und im Shirvanshah Hotel. Und das Hotelpersonal - auf jeder Ebene (von der Konzern, die uns jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln begrüßte, bis zu den Rezeptoren, die sichergestellt haben, dass das Zimmer gereinigt wurde, vor allem der nette Rezeptoren, der uns angeraten hat, wo man am besten Aserbaidschaner Souvenirs kaufen kann, Anonym Reinigungs Damen) - hält diesen Eindruck. Bei der Lösung eines bestimmten Problems könnten wir auf die Hilfe des Hotelmanagers - Herr Emil. Vor allem die Smug Service der Restaurant-Wächter. Wir möchten insbesondere Herrn Elvin danken, der jeden Tag beim Frühstück die Gäste betreut hat. Er hat sich auf jeden Hotelgast diskret und tactvoll beobachtet. Und vor allem danken wir Herrn Yusif. Es war wegen ihm, dass wir zum Abendessen zum Hotelrestaurant kommen würden. Wir trafen viele Wächter, aber das Niveau des Dienstes an die Gäste von Herrn Yusif ist der höchste der höchsten. Eine Klasse seiner eigenen. Wir waren und sind sehr beeindruckt.

Lage: Direkt in der Altstadt gelegen, keine 100 Meter vom Maiden Tower entfernt – ergo ruhige Lage. Folglich fahren am Hotel auch keine Autos und man muss seinen Koffer die letzten 200 Meter zum Hotel tragen. Zimmer: Ausgesprochen geräumige Zimmer im orientalischen Stil. Die Möbel waren keinesfalls abgewohnt. Zwischen dem Wohnbereich und dem Schlafbereich sind zwei Stufen – Vorsicht in der Nacht. Frühstück: Entsprach leider nicht meinen Vorstellungen, da es vollumfänglich orientalisch gehalten war. Man erhält einen Teller mit zahlreichen Speisen. Leider keine Wurst dabei und leider musste alles andere als Tee oder Kaffee auch extra bezahlt werden. Sonstiges: Das Personal an der Rezeption sprach hervorragend Englisch und sogar etwas Deutsch. Im Restaurant oben im 4 Stock war zwar die Aussicht auf die Altstadt hervorragend, Bier (oder andere alkoholische Getränke) gar es leider nicht. Fazit: Das Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen, ein wirklich gutes Hotel inmitten der Altstadt – allerdings bitte ohne Frühstück.

I booked a very good room with sea view. Not a cheap booking but I can assert that it worth every single cents of the price. If during the day the view is amazing, in the night is breath taking. The sunrise is something is even better! The employees are always super available, smiling and welcoming.

Das Hilton Baku ist ein tolles Hotel mit Blick auf das Kaspische Meer. Die zentrale Lage ist super und die Mitarbeiter tun alles, um dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Eine klare Empfehlung!

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕
