Booked one night on our way from Portugal to Santander. Great value for this super hotel. Location was perfect, near the river on the main city centre side, just a few minutes walk from the centre with nearby shopping and bars and restaurants. Our room was an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony and view over the park, and well worth it. The room was spotlessly clean, modern and spacious, with a kettle for tea and coffee, a very useful mini bar fridge and a super bathroom with a great shower. We used the on-line check in option to upload our ID docs, so our check in at arrival was quick and easy. Reception staff were very friendly and courteous, confirming that the parking on the street nearby was perfectly safe in this quiet area of town. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht mit Frühstück. Die Betten und das Zimmer an sich waren gut. Das Bad war nicht mehr das neuste und die Badewanne ist schlecht verfugt und Haare dort gefunden beim Baden… die Scheibe vor dem Wasserhahn behindert den Einstieg weil man diese nur in eine Richtung bewegen kann. + Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Kalte gekochte Eier … Säfte verdünnt und nach Zucker schmeckend. Toastbrot oder Weißbrot… Qualität vom Obst schlecht. Schade !

Great hotel, walking distance to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. The old town is not as nice FYI. The city has nicer areas for dinning and shopping. Great breakfast and pool area. Room is clean, modern and spacious. Parking is on-site if you organize it with time.
