The hotel staff are brilliant and caring especially kostas he was very respectful and very nice and cared for us the 6 nights we were here and made sure we were safe. The rooms were comfy and nice, the air conditioning does cost extra but is definitely worth it for the money. The cleaning is perfect and lovely. love megan

Schönen guten Tag zusammen. Der Sternabzug beim Service ist aus folgenden Gründen; - die Bedienungen beim Essen sind nicht alle aufmerksam und einige ignorieren einen und halten auch einen Plausch, obwohl Gäste auf Getränke warten - das Essen ist eher eine 3, auf kulinarische Explosionen wartet man vergeblich auch der Nachtisch lässt zu wünschen übrig, ich muss aber gestehen, so eine Große Menge an Essen lecker und Preis zu behalten ist sehr schwer, deshalb ist es Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau! Bei 5 Sternen erwarte ich das aber! Was das ganze extrem ausgleicht ist; - das abholen vom Flughafen, der Empfang und das helfen mit den Koffern, diese in das Zimmer zu bringen! - Fragen/Probleme wurden durch die Rezeption schnell geklärt. - als besonderes Highlight, der dazugehörige Spabereich. Hier wurden wir sehr gut in Empfang genommen und durch den deutschsprachigen Leiter Namens 😉 „Eins“ sehr gut beraten! Wir haben uns für das 5 Tage Paket entschieden und wurden jeden Tag aufs neue extrem gut durch massiert. Hier sind besonders Victoria und Carolina zu empfehlen!!! Die haben wirklich sehr viel Kraft und können dadurch auch Medizinische Massagen durchführen! - Strandlage ist Top! Einfach die Straße überqueren. - Sport, ist einiges möglich, wir haben gerne Tennis gespielt Vielen lieben Dank und bitte weiter so!

Wir waren diesen Monat zweimal im Hotel. Das erste Mal mit meinem Mann und wir waren im Flügel nur für Erwachsene und das zweite Mal jetzt 3 Tage mit unseren Babys. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend, unser Zimmer war Superior und war neu, sauber und geräumig. Die Pools sind groß, sehr praktisch für jemanden mit kleinen Babys und direkt nebenan ist der Strand des Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Der einzige Nachteil für mich ist, dass wir einige Stunden lang keinen Parkplatz finden konnten, besonders wenn wir spät in der Nacht zurückkehrten. Ansonsten kann ich es sehr empfehlen und wir werden es wieder besuchen!

Großartig Hotel. Sehr ruhig. Gut gelegen. In der Nähe von Protaras und seinen Stränden (wo man zu Fuß gehen kann), aber wo man das Volk vermeiden kann! Entfernung von Massenkomplexen. Kriechen Sie vor dem Hotel, wo man sich baden kann. Ein Spaziergang vor dem Hotel. Parkplatz im Hotel kostenfrei. Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer, das mit Drink (kostenlos) bei Ankunft (nur einmal während des gesamten Aufenthalts) gefüllt ist. 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser pro Tag werden im Zimmer gelagert und 2 kleine Schokolade am Ende des Tages (was wertvoll ist). Eisen und Flachs auf Anfrage kostenlos wiederzugeben. Ein sehr sicheres und kostenfreies Gehäuse im Zimmer. Kein französischer Fernsehkanal, aber die Möglichkeit, seine Netflix-Konto auf dem Fernseh zu verbinden. In der Nähe von 15min Auto von Cap Greco. Sehr schöne Dekoration. Ich hatte Glück, mit Blick auf das Schwimmbad überrangiert zu werden. Charmante Mitarbeiter (insbesondere die blonde Dame bei der Gastronomie - die ich herzlich danke - die alles getan hat, um mir am Tag meines Abgangs um 5.30 Uhr morgens ein Frühstück zu geben).. 2 Mitarbeiter sprechen Französisch (was hilft). Das Hotel bietet Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt eine. Beach-Matelas zugewiesen, wenn Sie ankommen, je nach Ihrer Zweckmäßigkeit (Sie können sie ändern), was vermeidet, dass Sie Transaktionen vorbehalten. Ich habe die Ruhe des Hotels wirklich geschätzt. Wir sind gut daran. Ich würde gerne zurückkommen und empfehle es unzweifelhaft.

Im großen und ganzen war der Urlaub auf Zypern im Evalena Beach Hotel super. Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett und sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel im gesamten sieht super aus und ist sehr modern. Zudem ist das Hotel familienfreundlich. Der Strand ist sehr nah dran. Die Zimmer wurden immer top gereinigt, im Loungebereich war es jederzeit sehr sauber. Im gesamten Hotel roch es sehr angenehm. Den Mann, der im Zeitraum vom 30.05-08.06 die Omelettes, sowie Pancakes gemacht hat, möchte ich besonders loben. Er wusste nach kurzer Zeit, was man bestellen wollte. Rundum guter Service. Folgende Punkte könnten zu einer Verbesserung des Hotels beitragen: -mehr Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher -wenigstens alkoholfreies Trinken zu dem Abendessen zur Verfügung stellen -kleine Schalen morgens für Müsli/Joghurt fehlen -zu Ende essen lassen, nicht ganz so schnell Teller abräumen -eindeutige Kennzeichnung von ”Status“ im Hotel (wer hat was für Leistungen?), sehr verwirrend -Fitnessstudio, sowie Pool längere Öffnungszeiten Dies sind nur Vorschläge bzw. Sachen, die mir aufgefallen sind. Ich bin dennoch sehr begeistert von dem Hotel. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Evalena Beach Hotel sehr genossen und fahre nun erholt zurück nach Hause. Vielen Dank!

Hotel and swimming pools are lovely but few things really let it down and I wouldn’t return. We travelled with two children aged 4&5. Entertainment in the evening was very poor apart from a magician and parrot show which lasted at most 45 minutes and situated on a terrace which isn’t big enough for everyone. The kids mini disco is outside the kids club, in the dark, most kids love this and felt disappointed for them. Food - restaurant area where food is situated is too small for amount of guests, quality poor and food often only warm or overcooked and did not look appealing, dessert choice was poor, lots of jelly’s and mousse based. I’ve stayed at a few Atlantica hotels and this was the worse for food. Staff - housekeeping, bar and restaurant were great, friendly and do a great job. Reception - contacted twice for a replacement hairdryer as one in room smelt of burning when used, had to ask a third time before it was changed. Swim up rooms - we opted for this option and paid additional price for it, was lovely but put a Sun lounger instead of the uncomfortable chairs and was approached by a lifeguard who abruptly told us we couldn’t have it there, even though other rooms had them. This lifeguard would also be seen putting umbrellas down when guests wanted them up, asked us to put our neighbours umbrella down which we refused to do. Seemed to spend a lot of time upsetting guests than watching over the people in the pools. Spoke to reception about this but totally ignored and spoilt our holiday not being allowed a sun lounger to relax on. Hotel amenities not large enough for the amount of guests and you have to pay for one of the restaurants and also the roof top bar. One restaurant you can visit once per stay was not great apart from the main course. Bit out the way and cost between 15 - 20 euros to Protaras or Aiya Napa. Lovely beach a couple of minutes away but get there early to get a sun lounger as only small. We had a nice time but hopefully the hotel will act on feedback and make some changes.

Normally I would wait til we leave to review the Hotel, to make sure i've seen everywhere 1st, however, this is quite a small Hotel, so it hasn't taken long to settle in and find our feet. We're here until Tuesday 1st October... 1st of all I can't fault the Staff, they're all so friendly and helpful.  From Reception to Cleaners, and everyone inbetween, they all have a lovely smiles and have been happy to help with any requests.  All staff seem to just chip in and do whatever is needed at the time... On arrival to our room (23:45) we had a Sandwich, and a bottle of water in the Fridge waiting for us, as it was too late to have food from the restaurant, this was welcome and to be honest all we needed, a meal at that time would of been wasted...and it gave us extra time to get unpacked before bed. Our room was spacious, with Bedroom, Shower/Toilet and Lounge all separate, the Balconies are small but big enough to have a sit down drink and a chat in the mornings/evenings before heading out. There are two large wardrobes, one with Safe, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. A fridge to keep any drinks/snaks in, this is not stocked daily, if you want you can buy items from the local Supermarket and fill it yourself though... All sockets are same as in England, 3 Pronged, however, one small issue you might find, if you also have a Electric Toothbrush/Shaver is there is no power point anywhere so you need to bring the correct two pronged adapter.  This shouldn't of been a problem for me as I Charged it before I came out, it must of switched on in my case as it was dead when I got here, so I then neded to go and buy one, (the Lady at Reception did have a spare one, but it didn't fit my plug) it was only 3€ from the local Supermarket so not a major problem, just something to think of before you come out. The 1st full day was a lovely 29 degrees, with no clouds, and a light breeze which was fantastic after the last two summers we've had in the UK with about 12 days of decent weather combined!! Restraunt This is Buffet Style for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but it's high quality Buffet not like what you find back home at the Airport Lounge! Bars There's two Bars, one on the Grass area near the Seafront and the other inside where the Buffet is both are well stocked and have knowledgeable staff that will happily serve whatever you ask for. Breakfast was very nice, with all the usual selections on offer, as well as some nice surprises... Again great service from the staff, who couldn't be more helpful. Lunch was fantastic, great selection on offer throughout our stay considering how small the Hotel is, it changes every day and caters for everyone's needs and the attentive staff, keeping you topped up with drinks during your meal. Evening meal is usually a specific theme like Mexican night, Italian night, etc but again each night has a fantastic selection on offer, our favourite was Italian night the the Risotto and the Beef Stew were lovely!  Al

absolutely the worst experience in my entire life day upon arrival my elderly mom and i had to carry four huge suitcases up to our room by ourselves , we complained and were told that the man who is seated next to his coworker can not move from his position. secondly my mom got stuck in the elevator for what felt forever pressed the emergency bell for a few times. the size of these lifts are only suited for less than 4 people. and when i went downstairs to complain i was met with a rude and nasty attitude ( Oga was the name of the lady at the til then they proceeded to try and justify that it was only 10 mins ) i asked for the manager and i again was treated with disrespect. i am going to post the altercation on my socials and if possible here too. no apologies, no one checked if my mother was okay. she has to break herself free. the most racist encounter i’ve had and i grew up in england , amsterdam. i’m completely disgusted and still haven’t gotten an apology from a person in charge.
