Those who run the hotel Les Cordeliers were very rude to the customer, not at all empathetic at all: I had already stayed at Les Cordeliers before. Faced now with a small problem with my credit card for a single (1) night stay of 60 euros -a very small problem that I immediately offered to solve by paying with my debit card or in cash, since my bank did not solve it yet and there is a big time difference so as to be able to respond to Les Cordeliers in the time limit they gave me to solve it (yes, they gave me a time limit, incredible) -, they told me (one day before arriving) that they would undo my resvera; they treated me rudely; They were not empathetic or kind in search of a solution; and they even made cynical jokes among themselves about my situation. This treatment with clients is unacceptable, especially being a hotel that is supposed to deal with multicultural clients. If they do not want to understand that there may be other possible realities and if they laugh at customers, then it is mistreatment and xenophobia in the face of diverse realities. It was a very bad experience, which I do not wish anyone to go through. Look for another hotel where those who serve you treat you well: that is my recommendation.
