The second floor has another full bath, plus three more bedrooms: one queen with an attached deck; one queen; and one with a full bed and set of twin bunks. The outside area is home to a dining set with umbrella, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. There’s also a shed for bike and beach chair storage.The house is available for Saturday-Saturday weekly rentals *only* from early June to early September; weekly, partial weekly and weekend rentals (or longer!) offered from early September through early June. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a modern eat-in kitchen with seating for four, a washer and dryer, and updated furnishings throughout. The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.The location is unbeatable. The bay is just a few houses away at the end of 21st Street. Avalon's charming town center is nearby with restaurants, shops, bars, and family-friendly activities. The 21st Street beach is easily accessible by bike (6 minutes), or a quick drive (4 minutes), and all borough lots offer free parking.Outside, enjoy the oversized front porch or unwind in the backyard. A full-size gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and cushioned swivel seating make it a great place to gather after a fun-filled day. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Parking is available on the stone front yard or on the street.Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM.Please note: Guests must bring or rent their own linens, towels, toiletries, and beach tags/ gear.
