I loved the stay in the hotel. I loved our room, I told my husband if I could get an apartment just like the set up of our room I would be content. The front service people were amazing and sweet. Very communicative and welcoming. They provide free fruit, coffee, and water. We drive an electric car that’s not a Tesla and the red Parking lot that is also where Aloft guest park, provides charging which was an awesome plus. They also had a pool table that my father and husband enjoyed very much. Great location of course, can walk anywhere. Overall would stay here again.

The staff was super accommodating &’ great at fixing my issue there is construction going on near the hotel so I had a few issues with sleeping the night prior, but they were able to switch me over to a better room location on the other side of the hotel . The associate who checked me in was Maliah she had a very warm welcoming &’ was super responsive throughout my stay .The hotel overall is a Great social scene many areas in the lobby for gathering and social .

Friendly greetings at the frontdesk. The person helped us checking in was Maliah, she was great! The process was smooth. Our room was very clean, nice decor, and very comfortable. Will definitely return in the future and recommend to anyone as well.

Aloft had a very modern style decor and clean rooms. Also what made this stay stand out for me is that Natalie at the front desk was great helping me find a sewing kit free of charge when I really needed one. Good service is hard to come by these days so I’d like to recognize it when I get the chance.

This hotel was a bit too minimalistic. Even the front desk was just a couple of stands that looked really cluttered. My husband and daughter and I were in Austin for a concert and were really looking forward to some pool time. Unfortunately, the pool was the size of a postage stamp and it was very dirty. Getting to the hotel from the parking garage was a clumsy walk too. The carpets and tile in the room were so dirty my socks were dark on the bottoms. The sink in the bathroom space was tiny and the only place to change privately was in the toilet closet where the sliding door was very difficult to move. Overall I can’t recommend this hotel given the price point. It was a real disappointment. Pros: Beds were comfortable, complimentary fresh fruit and water bottles in the lobby, walking distance to shopping and food in The Domain. Cons: Dirty floors, door to toilet and shower was very difficult to slide, no separate light for toilet and shower, no microwave in room, fridge barely kept things cool, closet was odd, dirty pool.

I checked in a little early today and was provided outstanding customer service from a young lady named Ms. Natalia at the front desk. MS. Natalia was able to secure a room for me and work through a myriad of issues in order to get me a room key. Initially, the system was not allowing Ms. Natalia to create a key for my room. Ms. Natalia even tried to send me a digital room key to no avail. 30 minutes later, Ms. Natalia was able to create a key by working with her awesome manager( Ms. Kam ??) to find a solution. This type of persistence for an early check in guest is exceptional. Ms. Natalia’s ‘ no quit ‘ attitude is why she was successful . I failed to mention I was not the only guest she was working with too. From the look on their faces too, they were just as pleased as I was with Ms. Natalia. Well done Aloft at the Domain on hiring an outstanding representative.

This is a great hotel located in the heart of the Domain with all of the shopping and restaurant options within a short walk. Natalia, who greeted me at checkin and at checkout, was amazing. She was welcoming and accommodating with a warm, can do attitude. People always make the difference, don’t they.

From the moment I checked in, this location did not disappoint. Natalia, at the front desk is one of the best hotel concierges I’ve ever come across. She let us know all of the amenities and activities happening in and around the hotel. The area where the hotel is located is absolutely amazing. Lots of shopping, restaurants and places in an easy walking distance. The rooms are very clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend!
