Booked a 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds and a sleep sofa on ***********. Was assigned one room with two queens and a sofa with a trundle bed. There was a desk set up beside one of the beds as a "half room divider". This was no suite. When I asked about it at the hotel desk, I was RUDELY told that is what I booked thru ***********. When I replied, "No, I booked a suite." Again, I was rudely told all suites were on the 4th floor and I would have to contact ***********. I did and was given a run-around by *********** and the hotel. I tried to cancel and was told by *********** that the hotel would have to approve it, without a charge. Was there three days and never heard from the hotel. We asked for more towels (5 of us 3 adults and 2 children). Never received them. Asked for a porta-crib. Never received it. Asked for maintenance to check the helicopter sounding AC unit in out room. Never happened. When we pulled out the trundle bed, there was old cereal, candy, candy boxes, deodorant, tags, and other filth. I took photos and asked the front desk to have the room cleaned, pointing out this filth, specifically. It was still there when we finally checked out this morning. There are a lot of guests staying at this hotel for medical treatment at the hospital. Their cleanliness is totally unsatisfactory and they-- the front desk and corporate help desk have no customer service skills! DO NOT EVER BOOK A SUITE AT THIS HOTEL! Oh, corporate supposedly gave me 3,000 points for "being inconvenienced". The 3,000 points did not clean my ROOM. The 3,000 points did not bring me towels. The 3,000 points did not fix the AC. The 3,000 points did not turn a room into a suite!
