Es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Fastfood-Restaurants, was für Transitpassagiere sehr praktisch ist.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil man in der Nacht 1AM erreichte und das Hotel zeigte eine kostenlose Shuttle die ganze Nacht. Auf unsere große Überraschung begann der Shuttle (gelbe Bus) bei 4AM. Also, beachten Sie, wenn Ihr Flug in der Nacht kommt. Das Personal war sehr nett,, sie haben uns einen späten Abflug angeboten, ohne dass man es fragt. Mikrowelle im Zimmer, Große Zimmer, saubere Bettwäsche, aber der Rest war nicht sehr sauber. Haar in der Mülleimer, Haar elastisch im Bad, man sieht im Boden Staub und voll schmutziger Finger auf den Türen.

The location is good as we watched a cocert in the nearby hotel.. Staff are friendly.. Admired the cleanliness despite the facility being outdated. The room is comfy. The only letdown is the breakfast hot food that lacks fllavour. However, the restaurant staff are friendly. If I may mention that the parking entrance is very tight and took longer to allow the car entry. Generally, it was a good stay.

Budget is a key word for this hotel. More a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. Good for 1 night but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. I stayed in double studio. There's no furniture in the room except bed, tv stand and one stool so you end up doing everything on bed. No bedside table, night lamp etc, only ceiling light (switch is located far away from bed). Can't fully unpack as there is no wardrobe. There's small cupboard with rail and 3 hangers but it's so high, it's impossible to reach those hangers. The double studio has a small kitchenette with hot plates and sink. Cooking is not expected as no pots or utensils are available (removing the kitchenette and adding wardrobe or desk would likely be more beneficial to customers). On the plus side, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, microwave and iron is available in the room. Location is very convenient, very close by or in short walking distance to main attractions. Noise from outside can be disturbing late into the night, especially during the weekends. Easy to get to/from the airport with SkyCity bus which is just couple blocks away.

From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful assistance with my luggage, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Auckland. Rating: 5/5 stars

Very busy and vibrant hostel with a bar attached. The bed was comfy but the room was lacking furniture - there was a chair but no proper table. Shared washrooms were well kept by everyone. A little distance from the main shopping area but near to sky tower (where you can get a chartered bus from the airport). Don't bother to do pre check-in online - they asked for a card for deposit / incidentals, and the card got charged for the rooms even though I have paid trip.com. Although the staff was prompt to do refunds, but lost like $20 on unnecessary fx rates and credit card fees. You will need to give your details onsite anyways, so save the time on something else. It would be better if the staff were more welcoming, but I guess it is tough with so many guests to handle every minute.

Checked in on Christmas Day. After checking in in the afternoon, the kids wanted to drink mineral water. The nearby shops were not open. May at the reception was very friendly and took out 2 bottles of mineral water from her car. Thank her very much. Because of her, I can give a good review to the hotel.

Die Außenseite des Hotels sieht etwas verrückt aus, aber das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber. Die Lage ist erstaunlich, weil es wirklich super nahe am Flughafen ist und sie bieten Shuttleservice. Die Hotels waren sehr gut, es gab keine Rezeption und musste zum Motel an der Tür, aber das Personal war sehr hilfreich.
