"We 8 friends had a delightful and wonderful stay at the Renaissance Hotel. Our room was immaculately clean with comfortable bedding and all the conveniences we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained high standards and respected our schedule. Breakfast at the hotel was an excellent highlight. The buffet offered a wide selection of food. The spread was huge and amazing. We appreciated helpful servers who were ready with recommendations and quick to accommodate dietary requests. Special thanks to Shruti and her colleagues to server us on toes and serve us Jain food. We will definitely visit this property again"

"Our experience was pathetic bcuz of repeated misbehave from one of there Tabla restaurant staff Mr Manoj. He was extremely rude and had no training of how to treat the guests. When I complaint about this to there GM, our room no 702 got changed by them during the continued stay from King Size Bed, ground floor to Ist floor's room no 714 which has Queen Size bed + electrical issue. We stayed here for 3 days and currently in it. This is really a bad experience. This property is nice but the way there management is treating Indian Guests, is completely not acceptable. Will not recommend this property to anyone. The management should refund the money for this poor experience."

"Ich möchte meine wahre Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel teilen. Es war wirklich eine erstaunliche Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Das Hotel bietet eine der besten Lagen, geräumige und komfortable Zimmer zu einem erschwinglichen Preis, schöne Pool-Aussichtsräume und ein spezielles Spielfeld für Kinder, das mein Kind glücklich genossen hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, zu helfen. Das Essen war hervorragend, vor allem die Dal Makhni, Pizza, Chicken Tikka und Hara Bhara Kabab. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und der Innenraum-Essenservice war ebenso beeindruckend. Ein besonderer Dank an Susma und Paridhi für ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Sie gingen oben und weiter, um uns bei den Ernährungsbedürfnissen unseres Kindes zu helfen, befriedigten unsere spät eincheckende Anfrage und sicherten, dass unser Aufenthalt ganz komfortabel ist. Ich möchte auch das Haushalterteam für die außergewöhnlich gute Wartung der Zimmer und für ihre schnelle Service schätzen. Insgesamt empfehle ich diese Unterkunft allen, die einen komfortablen, familienfreundlichen und erinnerlichen Aufenthalt suchen.
