they dont give you anything, denied to give the complementary breakfast for which I paid extra. The room was very dirty. they dont change the bed sheet, dustbins garbage. tv was not working, no electric cattle and no mini fridge. If you ask for something, they said itne me itna hi milega. It is a tatti hotel and dont stay there. I was with my family and could not create any scene. I was here to celebrate my l birthday but they ruined everything. in this property, they dont have swimming pool, kitchen, cleaning staff and everything is very far from here. It is an apartment. you will get only disappointment, bad holidays experience and hell. I was in the hotel at 12 pm and they took 2 hours to clean the room. Just imagine, I was with my my family and waiting outside. they dont have anything to sit and did not ask for water. It was my worst decision to choose this hotel. At the end they asked to cancel the booking to avoid the commission of *********** plz dont do this in any condition, they will change your room and ask to shift in another room which is hell. I did not cancel the booking and gave some silly reason. we went into the pool which is in another hotel. now at the end, dont fall into trap

Great experience..property management little issue with service and cleaning.. The owner Kuldeep such nice host .. They provide me 2 room on the same floor. Staff very friendly and supportive……………… Overall great experience must visit.

This is the worst property i have ever seen, the rooms were dirty, unsanitized, there were cockroaches, ac not working, taps coming out of the wall, fungus on bedsheet and pillow covers, swiming pool is not working since 9 months. Staff behaviour rude like hell- they say " you will get this only in this price range, or you can leave". Charge extra money

This was the worst stay at goa in past 5 years. The property does not matches the photos of the property. In-spite of taking the most premium room, the room quality was bad. Furthermore the property had a bad vibe to it which made us feel unsafe. There is no safe parking for cars available at the property. The swimming pool shown in the photos of the property is actually not part of same property, it is actually 5 mins walk from the property to the other property of same owner which has swimming pool.

I regret to stay here, rooms was so dirty, food is not available. Stairs ways was very very dirty.
