Good customer service from Natalia in reception. I had a tour early morning and couldn't get breakfast but she told me to get a breakfast box as it is the policy. Unfortunately, for dietary reasons what was offered the next morning was not ideal. She then told me to go to breakfast and get what would be there as well as a hot milk /coffee from the coffee machine or even buy a capuccino, latte from the waiter. However, to my surprise, the next morning, a waiter called Alfredo, was so rigid and not flexible at all. I arrived 15 minutes before breakfast and refused to serve me any hot drink. For someone who stayed 3 days, a bit of flexibility would have been welcome. Alfredo, you let NOVOTEL down.
