Perfect for a long weekend. Kitchen is convenient. Apartment is spacious

靠近火車站，旁邊有家樂福。很高興被升級到套房了，房間大，特別是自己可以做飯，還配有烘衣架，非常好。唯一的缺點是衞生間有異味，因為馬桶有尿垢，沒有清除，衞生要加強。

房間挺大的，雖然有點舊但算是乾淨，周圍方便，附近停車場二十多歐一晚，可以問前台一些不收費的路邊，他們會畫個地圖告訴你，挺好的，走路大概10分鐘。

After reading many positive reviews about the Residhome Arcachon Plazza I began to wonder if I was in the same hotel. Our room (B118) was a Junior Suite which had a separate bedroom and a small terrace. It could only be described as ‘tired’ as the furniture and decor were in desperate need of updating. The metal table and chairs on the private patio were rusty and not very appealing. There were two parasol bases, one of which was broken……and no parasol, although this wasn't needed. The chairs and tables inside the apartment had seen better days and were damaged and worn. The cleaning staff knocked on the door after two nights in the hotel. As it was about 4.00 pm in the afternoon it hardly seemed worthwhile for our third and last nights stay. They returned again twice the following morning before 10.00 am only this time they let themselves in, probably expecting the room to be vacated, despite the checkout time being 11.00 am. The adjacent public car park was full when we arrived on a Friday afternoon. The only available on street parking was about a ten minute walk away which I accept is not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind if you have a lot of luggage. On a positive note, Arcachon is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. Next time though I will find somewhere else to stay.

This 'aparthotel' is well situated - 300m to the beach and beside the daily market in a beautiful small French town close to Bordeaux. However the internet was down for two full days and the management made almost no effort to get it fixed. My demand for some form of compensation (WiFi is included in the cost of the rooms) was brushed aside until the lat minute, when it had to be dragged out of the manager. They just did not care!

Fabulous hotel in the centre of Arcachon, beautiful surroundings and close to the beach. Lovely clean apartment, well equipped, spacious and overlooking the attractive main square. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly too. We enjoyed using the hotel hot tub, steam room and roof top terrace. Good value and perfect for seeing the local area.

Perfect location, near the shops, the markets, the restaurants, the train station; the beach, the supermarkets, the quay (for boat trips). Couldn’t fault it. The reception staff were particularly helpful and having arrived early on a train from Paris they phoned us as soon as our room was ready. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The small kitchen was well equipped and we even had a mini dishwasher. An unexpected balcony was a bonus. We never tried the breakfast (we were too close to the boulangerie/patisserie) or the hot tub. The roof top terrace was ok but we never actually sat up there. Couldn’t fault it!
