Nanu Resort & Spa, Arambol

We stayed the night here Tuesday night 6th December. We had previously booked to stay later in the month. Unfortunately, we had to travel home early, the Hotel kindly amended our booking. As our taxi pulled up at the entrance we were met by the security who opened the door for us and the porter took our cases. We were warmly welcomed at reception, by cheerful staff, and we completed the registration process. We were informed of the facilities available at the Hotel. We did not pay for breakfast in our package,  however, it is available from 07.30 to 10.30, buffet style. Lunch is served from 12.30 till 14.45 and dinner from 19.30 to 22.45, both are a la carte, the menus are in the rooms and both meals are an additional charge. Our second floor double room was modern, very clean, spacious and very well maintained. It had a king-sized bed which had two individual duvets on it. The bed linen was white, crisp and clean and the mattress was very comfortable. There was also a sofa and sitting area with a table. Outside there was a small balcony will views of the surrounding hillside covered by trees. There was some building works going on at ground level, not a problem. Our room was air-conditioned and there was also a ceiling fan. There was also tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge, a safe as well as a wall mounted TV, we could receive UK news channels. The bathroom had a large walk in rain shower, as well as a basin and toilet. There is a glass wall with between the bathroom, bed and living room. There is a privacy blind which can used when bathroom in use. There were two complimentary bottles, litres, of water in our room. There was a swimming pool and gym, which were complimentary, towels provided, open from 08.00 to 20.00. There are located on the rooftop, fourth floor ***** with The Spa, this facility is chargeable. Everywhere in the hotel was bright, well maintained to a very high standard and the staff were efficient, polite and friendly. The Hotel is situated near a number of bars and restaurants and the beach is over a kilometre away, worth a walk to visit. This is a Non smoking hotel.

My experience with Stay at The resort is very amazing. Food and hospitality is up to the mark. Specially Mr Bhagyesh and Mrutyunjay took care of us at breakfast. Rooms are clean and room service is very good. Arambol’s one of the best properties to stay.

We had booked the place for the weekend for our conference. We had around 100 guests at the venue, who had a wonderful experience. The hospitality was beyond compare and the hotel management was super co-operative and going out of their way in making our stay a wonderful experience. A special mention to the F&B team and its manager Mr.Bhagyesh who ensured a seamless food experience, and the food is just par excellence. Kudos to the team of NANU Arambol for sending us back with beautiful memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Best part is location and quality of service. 1. Located near to 3 beaches , mandrem is just walking distance 2.staff is well behaved and supportive 3. Food quality is good 4. We weren't meant to stay here as we had an airb&b booked that fell through and we are actually glad it worked like this. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are all lovely and so helpful same for the manager, couldn't be nicer if he tried. The rooms are also very nice. There is also a lovely rooftop pool with great views. The food we had was excellent. I really cant find fault at all. Must mention the spa facilities, had 2 fantastic massages, the lady that did them was very good, she had magic hands! I would most definitely stay here again!

The stay at the resort was pleasant. The property is well maintained and the restaurant serves great food.The breakfast buffet for each of the 3 days was great and service offered by Bhagyesh and team was excellent. The afternoon Fish thali recommended by the team was also great. Would love to visit again.

One of the cleanest properties in Goa at the most pocket friendly rates. Closenes to Arambol , Assangaon and Siolem makes it better. Apt services. Friendly helpful staff. Good jain food too. Love the mountain view at rooftop pool . Manager Bhagyesh is very helpful 👍

Had a lovely stay! Very good hotel with spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet: Live dosa and egg counter, ***** with classic Indian options like idly, wada, paratha, and poha. Tasty and efficient service.. A special mention for Ms. Roshni, who made our stay extra special... We had a lovely 2 night stay to celebrate our marriage... The hotel is in a great location, cool & calm. The staffs are super friendly and very much hospitable with timely service.
