Chambres et Tables d'hôtes du Puits d'Athie

We came hungry, because reviews had mentioned the wonderful food! We were not disappointed in the least. We had a lovely, private dinner in the beautiful garden. It was calm and serene - a great place to rejuvenate after a long drive. It is walking distance from the town center - we didn't have enough time there. (Guess we'll have to go back!) The breakfast was great, too. The room was beautiful - although there was no a/c. It was a particularly warm day, but there was a fan provided (and a window overlooking the garden) and we were not the least bit uncomfortable. Each room was tastefully decorated and unique. The house itself was fabulously interesting with pictures and items that had been collected by the owners and the people who had previously owned the place. Such diversity! We could have spent many more hours here exploring the little town, finding all the hidden treasures in the house, and chatting with the owners who were wonderful about sharing their wealth of local information and their experiences. This is a special place.

We stayed here as a group of 6 the night before our riverboat holiday from Migennes and wished we could have stayed longer. A gorgeously renovated property with very comfortable and individually styled rooms. Janik was a fantastic host and made us feel very comfortable and made us a lovely breakfast with home produce. Would be a great base to visit the vineyards for Burgundy.

Un delicieux moment hors du temps, hors des tracas où l ambiance, l accueil sont au delà de nos espérances. Décoration chic ,table d hôte raffinée . Beauté, harmonie, délicatesse, charme accompagnés d'une grande discrétion et bienveillance . On en repart heureux. Merci à vous Messieurs .

Nous avons fait une halte dans cette belle demeure pleine de charme entourée d’un magnifique jardin. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort des chambres. Nous avons pris place à leur table d’hôtes et avons apprécié cette belle soirée. Jolie adresse à garder précieusement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit de rêve où tout (accueil lieu service) était parfait, nous reviendront, c'est certain. Un endroit pour se ressoucer dans la beauté et la sérénité, un lieu à conseiller les yeux fermés Merci à Yannick et Jean-Claude

Réception parfaite, chambre délicieuse, repas un peu simple mais très bon. belle ambiance car il y avait des résidents très sympa : c'est le but des chambres et tables d'hôte. bon petit déj L'emsemble est un peu trop chargé à notre goût
