Once I was outside the terminal with my luggage I called the hotel to see if the pick up service was available. The lobby assistant told me that it was available and it will take 10 to 15 minutes to pick me up. After 30 minutes I called again, and the told me that they drove by and nobody was there, but the shuttle was on the way. After 40 minutes I called, and I was told that the shuttle was full at another terminal and it had to go the hotel first to unload passengers. After 50 minutes I called and they said it was out to pick me up. Finally arrived and it took 5 minutes to take me to the hotel. I told the front desk lady that it was a very bad service and if it was going to take an hour, they should have told me that instead of having me waiting. I could have taken a taxi or going for a coffee. Then the driver shuttle jump in the conversation and said it was my mistake by not calling just when the airplane landed (maybe he does not know that the hotel policy is to call when you are outside the terminal). I told him thank you for your comments and I continue talking to front desk lady stating that this is not the Wyndham quality service. Then the shuttle driver jumped into the conversation and said that I was being rude to the ladies and he was going to call to police to have me arrested for yelling in the front desk. I told him to go ahead and call the police. Finally, after being threatened by the shuttle driver employee that was controlled by other front desk ladies, I check in and went to my room. I did not sleep at all. The front desk ladies were very nice and apologize to me for the inconvenience. Worst experience ever.
