This was my last minute hotel because of an issue with another hotel and after which I had no hotel for my brother and I. This hotel was super helpful and accommodating. They got me 2 rooms (king size beds) urgently with no hassle in prices or transactions. Even gave me a free drink while I waited to check in. Great service and staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are really friendly. Safe and clean environment. Breakfast is included with the rooms and the breakfast is absolutely delicious and amazing. The hotel rooftop is beautiful with mountain and volcano views. We also had lunch on the rooftop and their food is amazing. Very close to artisan market, the arch, banks for exchanges - all walkable distances. The only problem I had was clogs in the bathroom sink and shower but hotel staff cleaned it for me. And upon request they even gave me a small stand fan for my room for hot days. Night temperatures were fine and room was quite cool with no fan necessary. The bed is super comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at La Sin Ventura on a complete whim and I have to say - the photos online absolutely do not do justice to how cozy and nice this place is. Each room has thoughtful touches like a clothing dry rack, a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom, a full closet (with hangers!), plenty of soap, towels, and toilet paper, and a nice hot shower. There is also a beautiful coworking space and terrace with beautiful 360 views (perfect for watching fireworks!). The staff was what really made this place for me, kindly providing me with extra blankets, moving me to a different room when I had particularly noisy neighbors, and overall being extremely welcoming and accommodating. They also take COVID protocols seriously and I felt very safe while there. For a place that is literally feet from the Central Park, at a ”budget hotel” price, Sin Ventura is unbeatable!

Ich war gründlich beeindruckt von meiner jüngsten Erfahrung !!! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich - freundlich, hilfsbereit, und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Ihre Kundenservice-Kenntnisse sind top-notch! Um es zu erhöhen, waren die Preise sehr vernünftig und erschwinglich. Ich fühlte mich, als hätte ich einen großen Wert für mein Geld.
