When checking in the the gentleman at reception was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, insightful. The following day all went down hill rapidly. The room images gave off a false representation, not including the long list of things broken & even worse that we weren’t allowed to have the shutter open in the living room if you can call it this. That room remained dark the entire week with no access to the balcony on the otherside and the female passive aggressive manager gave no valid reason for this but told me she will refund my stay and I can look else where. I also met a second man that night on the reception who was unhelpful, who lied regarding the internet wifi ability to connect to multiple devices, and was incredibly unhelpful and refused to give his name so when I took a picture of him he became highly aggressive and threatened to smash my phone if I didn’t delete the image… as you can see they value there customers who keep them in business and pay there salary. • Kettle was broken • Hair dryer kept shorting • Floor was dusty & dirty • Broken toilet seat • Short holder broken • Shower sliding door unstable • Broken Draws • Broken Curtain Rail • Stale Food Behind the Bed Amongst other things
