What an exceptional boutique hotel with a brilliant team of welcoming, considerate and kind staff. Huge thank you to Mylvyl who answered my phone call at 7.30am after a long night train, enquiring about a same day booking. He secured us a room and ensured we were comfortable whilst waiting for our room to be available. The team in the restaurant and bar are fantastic, as is the food. Thank you to Dilshan on reception for all his help. The property itself has been stunningly renovated, the rooms provide a calm oasis featuring low lighting, great bed linen and natural wood finishes. We would recommend this to anyone as a brilliant base for North Goa.

I stayed at Anjoned Hostels with my group of friends. We were group of 7 people and booked the dorm room. The room was neat & clean and equipped with the advanced amenities. You can also book private rooms also. The food provided in the in-house cafe at Anjoned was very delicious and affordable making is one of the best cafe in North Goa. The cultural tour organized by them was great. I will definitely book this hostel again on my next trip to Goa.

We have just spent two and a half wonderful months in Granpa's Inn (January, February and March 2024). It really is an unforgettable place. We cannot praise the staff enough, all of them without exception, their genuine kindness and dedication, their contagious happiness and their willingness to help. I recently stayed at anjuna beach resort and had a delightful experience, rating it 4 out of 5 stars. The resort is beautifully located near anjuna beach, offering easy access to the serene and scenic coastline. The surroundings are lush and green, creating a peaceful ambiance perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, which added a touch of local charm. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. One of the most appealing aspects of anjuna beach resort is its budget-friendly pricing. Despite offering a range of amenities and a prime location, the rates were quite reasonable, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to enjoy a quality stay without overspending. This balance of affordability and comfort is truly commendable. The resort staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The resort also features a lovely swimming pool, which was well-maintained and a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. While my overall stay was very good, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The wi-fi connection in some parts of the resort was a bit spotty, which was a slight inconvenience. In summary, anjuna beach resort provided a very good stay with its comfortable accommodations, excellent location, and friendly service, all at a budget-friendly price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside retreat in goa.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from my recent three-night stay at your property. Overall, it was quite an average experience, with a mix of positives and areas for improvement. *breakfast* the breakfast was good and tasty, although i believe there could have been a better spread. *dining experience* on the first night, we ordered some appetizers and a main course, but the food was average and leaned more towards a sweet taste than we expected. *policies* mentioned no restrictions on food and drink consumption in the room. However, we were informed that no outside food or drinks are allowed inside the property, which was a bit confusing. *staff* the staff were really friendly and polite. - *housekeeping* kavita and jun a did an excellent job cleaning our room every morning. The housekeeping supervisor, suraj, was also very helpful from day one. - *breakfast service* mrinmoy, latte, chhote lal, and their colleague provided excellent service during breakfast. - *check-in experience* the check-in process was smooth, and mr. Anil, the duty manager, was polite and knew how to make clients feel comfortable. - *room condition: the rooms were not up to date. There were issues with the walls and ceiling, which had black spots all over. This affected the overall atmosphere of the room, resulting in a particular smell.
