We stayed in a "one bedroom suite" for two nights. Staff was pleasant but my overall impression was cheap, cheap, cheap. NO ELEVATOR! To start off, the mat at the front door is very ragged and tattered and a serious tripping hazard, especially for the mobility impaired. I told the clerk at checkin and the ragged hazard was still there two days later. When I asked if the problem had been reported to the manager, "Yes", was the answer. The "suite" was merely an elongated room with a kitchenette. The "living room" furniture was so small as to be almost unusable. The bed was so cheap that it squeaked and rattled with every movement. The aircon was low capacity and very noisy. The building construction was definitely "contractor grade." The entrance door to the "suite" was improperly aligned so the deadbolt lock wasn't functional. The housekeeping staff blasts pop music in whatever room they are cleaning making noise up and down the whole corridor. When I complained to the desk clerk, she immediately called housekeeping and was told "we're not playing music." It's an okay place if you aren't expecting much.
