Wenn Sie einen Bus in Andorra verlassen müssen, dann ist es wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Weil es 4 Minuten dauert, bis der Busbahnhof hierher ist. Und die Lage ist langsam und einfach zu Fuß. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir halten uns für ein Witz, dass die Rezeption und wir sagten, dass das Hotel eine Stunde Spas schickte, dachten wir, es war eine Massage in der Vergangenheit, und später fanden wir, dass es tatsächlich schwitzig war. . . Das ist der Sinn für Spas. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool, ein Kinderspielraum und eine perfekte Einrichtung. Es ist etwas von der Geschäftestraße entfernt, aber in der Nähe gibt es ein größeres Einkaufszentrum. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen 10% Rabatt. Und wenn wir später auf der Shop Street in Andorra waren, fanden wir, dass es das billigste Haus in der Nähe des Hotels war. Fast alles wurde hier gekauft. Kurz gesagt, es ist wirklich ein sehr perfektes Hotel, und wenn ich wieder nach Andorra gehe, werde ich hier wählen.

Das Zimmer war ein Bad, es war komfortabel und warm. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist teurer. Sie können auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz unter freiem Himmel gegenüber dem Tor parken, was viel billiger ist. Grundsätzlich kann Andorra zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen. Ich mag diese Stadt sehr. Die Luft ist gut, außer dass es kein spezielles chinesisches Essen gibt. Nur damit das Hotel zusätzlich 7 Euro für ein Kind berechnet, 40 Euro pro Nacht, sehr verwirrt, gibt es kein Zustellbett, kein Frühstück, keine zusätzlichen Toilettenartikel, nichts, dieses Geld ist sehr falsch! Obwohl einige Hotels in Europa für eine zusätzliche dritte Person bezahlen müssen, handelt es sich im Grunde genommen um ältere Kinder, die nicht mit einem Erwachsenen schlafen können. Das ist also etwas unzufrieden!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Einzig die Toilette im Badezimmer des Raumes 501 war in einer Position montiert die Verletzungen bei Nutzung sehr wahrscheinlich verursachen kann. Das liegt daran, das die Toilette an der Seite des Waschbeckens so nah montiert wurde das fast kein Raum ist sie zu benutzen.

Hier befinden Sie sich in einem wundervollen fünf Sterne Haus mit internationalen Standard. Dunkle Gänge, sehr große und moderne Zimmer, eine beeindruckende Lobby und ein Außenbereich mit einem Naturstein Pool der einzigartig sein dürfte. Eine besondere Erwähnung ist auch das Restaurant. Hier wird auf Sterne Niveau Gaumenfreuden zubereitet und die Weinkarte, wenn gleich auch in der Anzahl an Flasche etwas begrenzt, hat ein fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist international aufgestellt. Der Service ist hervorragend und unsere Planung mit einer Gruppe mit zwölf Personen wurde reibungslos abgewickelt und abgerechnet. Genau so, wie man es sich von einem Haus in dieser Qualität vorstellt und wünscht. Mit einem sehr guten Eindruck verfasse ich diese Bewertung und schenke diesem Hotel und dem Personal meine höchste Anerkennung.

Andorra 🇦🇩 Kleiner Staat, Straßen sind zerrissen, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Aussicht auf den Andorra ist weit entfernt, das Auto muss geduldig nach dem Hotel suchen und dann zum Parkplatz gehen.

In dieser besonderen Zeit war eine ältere Managerin an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr herzlich und freundlich. Sie war sehr geduldig bei der Vorstellung des Hotels und verschiedener Ausgaben. Das Hotel bietet eine Tiefgarage für 17 Euro pro Nacht. Der Aufzug kann direkt zum Zimmer fahren, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, genug für eine dreiköpfige Familie, Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig, Skisaison, die Auslastung des Hotels ist sehr hoch, es gibt mehr Gäste, daher ist auch das Frühstücksrestaurant voll; dann ist der Schallschutz im Zimmer etwas schlecht, der Flur ist etwas laut, andere sind sehr gut, es gibt ein Schwimmbad, die Raumtemperatur ist kälter, es gibt eine Sauna, die Lage ist auch gut, ganz in der Nähe des Einkaufsstraße, selbst ist nicht groß in Andorra, es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung, eine gute Erfahrung?

Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.

Wir haben eine halbe Pension, das Frühstück, aber auch das beste unmögliche Abendessen, drei erste, drei Sekunden und drei Poster, die wir wählen, alles hochwertige, so dass du nicht tausend Sachen vom Buffet essen kannst. Wir werden es so bald wie möglich wiederholen.

The Good: The location is great, walking distance. The rooms are well insulated from sound. Parking is very convenient, right under the hotel, with direct elevator access. The hotel lobby is clean and efficient. Breakfast was nice... with great espresso machines. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The Bad: The wifi was spotty. We had to open the room door just to connect. Ironic to call this ”ArtHotel” when the walls are mostly bare. There are no USB ports in the room and of course they use a keycard system for the electricity, so you can't charge your devices if you aren't in the room. The Ugly: They use a very strong cleaning/disinfection agent. So strong that we didn't want to have them clean the room while we stayed because the scent was overpowering for hours after the housekeepers left.

This was really the perfect hotel for me and my three children (aged 22, 19 and 14.) It is in the city center, close to both the shopping street and the bus station (we came by bus from Toulouse and took another bus to Barcelona.) The spa in the hotel next door was included. It was nice, and had a gym and a lovely terrace (but not so nice to visit in October.) It was rather crowded the day we were there, though. I think we got the two best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor facing the mountains. They were rather spatious, had tea and coffee facilities, were clean and had comfortable beds. My youngest daughter got sick that night, and then we could keep one of the rooms until 13.30 for free (when it was time to go to the bus.) We had the buffet dinner which was much better than expected. It was not huge, but tasted really good, and included some specialities from Andorra. We enjoyed it all of us. That said: this is not a fancy hotel, but for our needs (one night in Andorra) it was perfect and priceworthy.
