Someone on schedule shouldn’t stay here since the service is extremely slow, front desk staff on night shift must be taught about the basics of humility. Be it room service, housekeeping or food preparation in restaurants it takes them so much time to deliver something pr provide a service that you regret you asked. I had a 3 course meal that took 1.5 hours to fulfil. Staff in all sector be it hospitality or FnB look into their own convenience before guest’s. For a hotel in one of biggest pilgrimage destination of the country, you are SERIOUSLY UNDERSTAFFED. Not one staff member of yours was decent enough to take ownership of any order given to them. Specially the sikh guy in night shift front desk duty, he is snarky & not meant for the job he is in. I have stayed in other Royal Orchid properties and it baffles me why Royal Orchid still partners with this hotel or of they own then WHY? I am fine to put up with construction noise, faulty appliances in rooms even with weird spots on walls but inattentive staff is frustrating.
