"The worst day of my month-long trip to Spain. Altea is a beautiful town, with a charming old town and beaches. But this hotel truly made my day miserable. There was road construction right in front of the hotel, which immediately gave me a bad impression, but little did I know the nightmare was yet to come. The hotel was unattended around 4 PM. They added me on WhatsApp and sent us an emergency contact number. The power went out around midnight. All four of my phones—Chinese, British, and Spanish—had no signal in the hotel. Power was restored after a few minutes, but the alarm beeping continued. I messaged them on WhatsApp, but got no reply. I ran outside to call, and they said someone would come in ten minutes. They asked which hotel I was from, which made me very suspicious; this was explained the next day. I waited an hour, but the beeping didn't stop, so I went to sleep. But I was constantly groggy, my head filled with the beeping, waking up repeatedly to message them, but getting no response. At 8 AM, the beeping continued. I vaguely felt someone banging on the door; my heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest. I got up to check and found the road construction machinery was up and running—an excavator was right next to my window, drilling and digging at the asphalt. It was impossible to stay awake any longer. I had no choice but to get up and prepare to escape the hotel. Just then, someone knocked on the door. A woman was outside. She said she was the person who answered the phone last night and had come to handle it, but there was nothing she could do to stop the whirring. She also called us back, but instead of using the number we had left with the hotel, she called the number we had dialed, so no one answered. But what good was it if someone answered? The whirring continued all night. During the conversation, I learned she was a resident of the town and probably handled emergency situations for several hotels at night. We asked her why, since there was road construction, there were so many empty rooms (many people had run out during the power outage, indicating many rooms were empty), and why we were given one of the only two rooms facing the road. She said she didn't know, she wasn't a hotel employee, and we had to wait until 10 am when they started work (actually, people didn't start arriving until after 11 am). Today, when we checked out, we saw people still complaining at the front desk. But we were the most affected—the whirring was coming from the front desk, and our room was right behind it. The window faces the street directly. However, the front desk only politely said "sorry." Ctrip handles things well, but this is the first time in over twenty years of using Ctrip that I've given this hotel such a low score."

"Everything was terrible, a truly awful sight. I shouldn't have to see my daughter in her pajamas cleaning in the lobby, or watch them spray car air freshener and blast music while she cleans. That building is a nightmare, and they treat customers badly. They are terrible and have no manners. The train behind the building is deafening and makes the whole apartment vibrate. They're uneducated, ignorant people, they do everything terribly, and it smells like urine."

Das Hotel ist erstklassig in Sachen Hygiene und bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und Abendessen. Ich habe mich für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick entschieden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Es ist die beste Wahl, um den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu beobachten."

"Die hervorragende geografische Lage ist im Zentrum von Altea, die Stadt oder den Strand zu besuchen ist sehr bequem. Es ist ein sehr Design-Fantastisches Hotel, das Zimmer ist sauber und schön, alle Diener sind sehr freundlich und enthusiastisch. Das Restaurant wird von dem 100-jährigen Michelin Restaurant El Xato unterstützt und es gibt einen tollen Roten Wein. Das Hotel hat einen privaten Parkplatz, 25 Euro-Tag. Die letzten Monate dieses Jahres wurden gerade repariert, im Juli wurde gerade online reserviert, sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Dieses wunderschöne kleine spanische Hotel in der schönen Landschaft, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu schönen alten Stadt, mehr als erwartet. Die Lage ist wunderschön mit fabulösen Blicken. Der Schwimmbad ist wunderschön, unverändert sauber und groß genug, um in Schwimmlängen zu schwimmen. Es gibt auch viele Sonnenbetten. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und spotless. Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Blick auf den Schwimmbad und über die Berge. Das Hotel-Mat und das Personal waren sowohl ausgezeichnet, mit sehr vernünftigen Preisen. Wir würden sicher noch einmal dort bleiben!"

"Wow, was für ein fantastisches Aufenthalt- wir können nicht warten, um zurück zu gehen. Ich habe das als Überraschung für meinen Freundes Geburtstag reserviert und das Personal hätte nicht hilfreicher gewesen sein können, wenn sie es versucht hätten. Ich habe im Voraus für einige Punkte auf Dinge zu tun und Orte zu besuchen und eine ganze Liste von tollen Optionen gesendet - sie haben alle meine Fragen beantwortet und viele Optionen angeboten. Das Zimmer selbst war schön - sauber und schön charmant. Wir hatten auch ein schönes Mittagessen und der Außenbereich für Entspannung war nur perfekt. Was für ein wunderbarer Ort."

"Excellent stay at Altea. Hostal situate perfectly just near the beach. Room was very cosy and service was very friendly and hospital. Bed and pillows were very good. View from the window/balcoopened to the sea. There is small bar/cafeteria for breakfast downstairs which serve nice breakfast."

"The room was so cute and cozy. Everything was so clean. The view was fantastic, we picked the seaside view and it’s worth it. The location is the best. We have never visit Althea before but i know we will do that again and then we will be choose to stay again in HOSTAL PERLA BLANCA"

"Das ist etwa das vierte Mal, dass wir hier geblieben sind. Es ist schön dekoriert und die Besitzer bieten nur alles, was Sie brauchen, und einige! In den Badezimmern gibt es Schampo und Duschegel, in der Küche gibt es Kaffee, Zucker, Getreide, Schlamm, Butter und Milch. Die Betten sind enorm und sehr komfortabel. Es befindet sich in der alten Stadt mit einer tapas-Bar nahe der Tür."
