Were on a one night stay. Impressed with the Breakfast with good variety. Lovely staff members, polite and courteous. Provided good driving tips heading to Crater Lake. Room condition can be improved with at least shampoo or replace with new carpet.

Staff was very friendly. The room was small but fine for our needs. Everything was very clean. The bedding and pillows were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Athena could match the best concierge. She was most helpful in getting a billing error, caused by major booking app, resolved on the spot. It took several different calls over a 20 minute time pereiod but she perservered with the best attitude that I've ever observed at a hotel front desk and I've traveled around the world. Many thanks to Athena. We've stayed at this hotel several times over the years and the experience has always been positive. Breakfast is as good as other hotel chains.

Pick another spot. There are so many. First of all the front desk staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. It looks like most of the rooms have been updated with nice bedding. The desk chair was dated and needed a paint/stain job badly. The beds were a little to firm however the worst thing was that the pillows were very hard. When I mentioned that a check-out the person said she hears that a lot! I suggested she somehow get that to the owner so they don't get reviews like this one. We did not partake of the breakfast room so can't say what it was like.

I'll start with the good. Room was quiet. Linens were clean. Price was good. But, the carpet in the room was stained badly and the room smelled terrible (dog maybe covered up with baby powder smell), ice maker didn't work, pool had live bugs and was dirty, no hot water at breakfast appeared to be broken, waffle iron hardly cooked waffles, elevator, staircase and hallway carpets are very worn and dirty. We were grateful our stay was for a couple of nights. I'm not a big complainer, but this hotel chain needs to give this property some attention. No complaints about staff. I would maybe look elsewhere if there are other options.

The room is very small but it has everything one needs. I would say it’s best for one person. The internet was good and the place is quiet. Excellent value and safe.

My first Microtel stay was nice. Having a smaller room made it easier to control the temperature. The room was clean, well-outfitted with furnishings and very comfy bedding. I used the window seat to lay open my suitcase, which worked well. I'd happily stay there again.

The carpets in the rooms are disgusting, I had to ask my kids to keep their shoes on at all times. We asked to be switched to a different room and the carpets were as filthy. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms small. The shower floor was also not very clean. Overall such a gross hotel to stay at. Never staying there again.
