"Mein Mann und ich hatten einen tief ernährenden und erinnerebaren drei-Nacht- Aufenthalt im Kumaon. Das Hotel ist in die Hügel mit breit geöffneten Himalayan-Aussichten gedrückt; eines Morgens weckten wir über den Wolken und sahen die Berge flogen in einem weichen Meer von Mist direkt von unserem Bett. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, intim und verschlossen, so dass sie ein idealer Ort ist, um zu verlangsamen, zu ruhen und vorsichtig von den Anforderungen des Alltags wieder zu erholen. Das Essen war natürlich, gesund und mit frischen, lokalen Zutaten zubereitet, und es fühlte sich sowohl leicht als auch lecker. Auch, was die Kumaon getrennt ist, ist die Wärme und Pflege des Teams, vor allem GM Abhinav, der mich sogar in der Nacht, als ich medizinische Besorgnisse hatte, ins Krankenhaus begleiten wollte. Ich fühlte mich wirklich sicher und sorgfältig. Ich hatte auch eine Massage während meines Aufenthalts, die groß war und eine weitere Schicht von Entspannung hinzugefügt. Ein weiterer besonderer Aspekt ist das subtile, aber starke geistige und energische Gefühl der Gegend: Besuchen in der Nähe von Tempeln wie Kasar Devi und Jageshwar gab dem gesamten Aufenthalt eine deutlich hohe ‑Vibration, contemplative Qualität. Mit Blicken, gesundes Essen, freundlichkeit und Beschleunigung des Personals und der ruhigen, fast heiligen Atmosphäre, das Kumaon weniger wie ein Hotel und mehr wie ein kleines Bergheimer würde ich gerne zurückkehren."
