Great place would recommend it. Nice people, clean rooms, breakfast, pool

Some interesting thoughts. Check in was swift, which was great due to a long day of driving. My first room however was not. The first thing I noticed was that one of the lights next to the bed didn’t work. The second thing I noticed was stained fitted sheet. Third thing I noticed was that for some reason the tissue in the bathroom was soaking wet and plastered against the counter. The fridge had two ice packs in it from a previous guest. Went down and asked for a new room. Second room was cleaner but still had its issues but these could mostly be overlooked except for one. The telephone is just a piece of decoration. There was no cord attached to it or the wall. There was not a cord in the room for the phone. I noticed this when I was going to find out what time breakfast was. Should my phone battery had died and I had an emergency I would not have been able to ask for help. Fitted sheet was again thin and stained, so I slept on the top sheet. The blanket had two burn holes in it from a cigarette. The alternative entrances also were unlocked when I checked in at 10. They do not have a key card reader to remain secure and anyone walking by could walk right in. So two large security concerns. The only reason I did two circles was the friendly interaction from the evening clerk, who provided a swift check in, and the night auditor who expressed sympathy and understanding on why I asked to be moved. I left before breakfast was served…maybe? This property clearly is in neglect from its owners or mismanaged. I got the vibe that the staff cares but aren’t given the proper tools or/and understaffing is done. I have a feeling the staff is probably not paid enough; as well given the skipping of simple fixes to make this easily a decent hotel. My heart goes out to them.

We walked into the lobby and the first thing we noticed was a funky smell (I couldn’t describe). The receptionist was friendly is the only reason it wasn’t a 1 star review. We got our key to our room and walked into the hallway and noticed it smelled like smoke(this was terrifying since we are non-smokers) luckily the room didn’t share the smell. We had a king size bed that was comfortable. There were multiple lights out, missing handles on the dresser, a cockroach in the bathroom, missing a vent cover on the bathroom fan, weird streaks on the paint in the bathroom, the very first time we turned water on in sink the handle came off and the pool was not in working order so it was shut down. This was unfortunately not a pleasant stay, if it was we would have stayed there for a minimum of 4days. 1 night was enough. Spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else

For just a little more money I could have had what they were supposed to have. My granddaughter was very disappointed no swimming because it was not in running condition. Like advertised online.

Pretty rough condition. No free breakfast. HVAC, and hot water worked well and the beds seemed clean. The rest of it was pretty subpar. Smells like **** and old cigarettes in the hall. We chose this hotel because it was the least expensive option coming out of backpacking for 3 days at Devils Den State Park and needed something available. Id probably recommend spending a few extra bucks.

The upkeep and maintenance must be done by 10-12 years old boys. Poor in all areas. The pool is a joke that hasn't been open for???? The coffee is ok other than that breakfast is horrible nothing a adult should be eating and no choices. Not acceptable in any category by any stamdard.

Food truck, music way too loud all way up toll 2 or 3 am. I had get up early, had no sleep, couldn't hear my TV that well, so sure others had problems too, happens alot from what guy at front desk said,

We use Wyndham about twice a year It is losing our choice for staying I no breakfast/ hallways where smokier / bed covers where raggedy / no USB’s or 110 receptacles b y the bed. The morning check in person did not come out to accommodate at all

If you're looking for a place that has plenty of toilet seating in a gazebo, hallway carpet that came out from the men's room 20 years ago out of the truck stop, or rooms filled with biohazard, look no further
