The hotel is in a good location, but I will not recommend it to those who are travelling for business. The hotel doesn't provide a sufficient number of complementary drinking water bottles. They are providing only 2 bottles of 250 ml of drinking water. Also, the Wi-Fi of the hotel doesn't work at all. I stayed for 2 days, but the wifi didn't get connected for any of the days. Hotel staff are polite, but they aren't trained well as on second day of my stay I found AADHAR card of some other guest in my room. Giving a rating of 2 because of the location.

It is a very poor and dirty property, there was water coming out from the bedroom walls, the bathroom was not clean and the bad smell coming out every time from room, please don't go there, it will be complete waste of money

We had a bad experience in hotel castillo. I became sick at castillo hotel, but they didn't care for me, that too at my cost. I vehemently condemn the service and behaviour of the staff. We are extremely dissatisfied of the service of the staff towards a customer who fell sick at your hotel castillo varanasi. We netted out indifferent attitude of the staff. It's in-humanitarian attitude of the staff at hotel castillo, varanasi.

A below average hotel. Rooms are not in good condition. Ac was not working correctly and even after complaint it couldn't be corrected. The dining hall was really unhygienic and the complimentary breakfast served was really really bad. I would neither opt for this hotel again in future nor recommend anybody.

Came here from Ayodhya Chitrakoot visit. Excellent service rendered by front desk. Very prominent location. Wonderful room with all 3 star features. Although restaurant capacity is for about 20, we had excellent service for breakfast & 2 Dinners. After checkout, we could comfortably keep our luggage till late evening in time for our train to Delhi. 2 lifts are there. A little confusing. Room 301 was excellent. Strongly recommend to all Prayagraj visitors.
