I hope fabhotels takes this feedback seriously and passes it on to the owner. 1. AFTER I paid for our stay, the hotel called to say the rooms are small and "just like" how they are in pictures. I didn't have any option but to listen to this trash talk 2. When we checked in, one room (301) was as pictured on *********** and the other room, 306, was small and had no space to walk around the bed, leave alone, no window ... 3. I took this hotel because in our "Service men network" (Indian defense forces), someone posted this was owned and operated by an ex-serviceman. Looks like it's not because the pillows were very thin and they made us feel guilty when we asked for extra pillows. After many reminders, I got one and my daughter too but my wife woke up with a stiff neck because they didn't have an extra pillow for her. Now, I know for sure that an ex-serviceman would never cut costs to keep minimum pillows - so he can build another hotel 4. We were 4 guests and paid for breakfast for all of them. They served only 3 breakfasts (1. Paneer paratha, 2. Aloo paratha, 3. Bread & butter) I clearly asked for another aloo paratha but the front desk conveniently ignored it. I had no stomach to "beg" and we just managed w. what we got. There's NO comfort in this Inn. I am worried at this business culture in the "New India" where, unscrupulous vendors use the power of internet to bait and switch ordinary Indian families. BEWARE of this place!!
