酒店位置好，就在海邊環境不錯，是當地拍婚紗和舉行婚禮的網紅酒店，性價比高，老闆很熱，早餐每天都免費給送到房間裏面用的，此酒店是我15天埃及之行住過的性價比最高最喜歡的酒店，下次去亞歷山大還會繼續選擇住這家👍👍

Hôtel correct et relativement confortable. Charme relatif. Jolie vue depuis le balcon. Aucune insonorisation par rapport au bruit de la rue. Point particulier : le personnel est désagréable et malpoli. En résumé : passable, mais ne vous attendez pas à une expérience de rêve. Je ne crois pas y retourner.

Wir blieben in Zimmer 328. Sehr datiert. Zimmer nicht bereit bei Ankunft. Muss um zusätzliche Wassermenü etc. Dusche nasse Zimmerboden überschwemmt tägliche Abwässer benötigen Reinigung. Reiniger erwachte uns am 0920 täglich nur aus dem Krankenhaus nicht geschätzt. Statt Reinigungsraum füllen endlich stets zurück kommen mit Wasser oder Handtücher oder Gewebe nicht so entspannt wie ich hatte gehofft. Die Teppiche wurden nicht einmal gehoben, während sie fünf Nächte lang da waren. Sehr enttäuscht für einen Hilton.

Es war mein Engagement im Resort Aifu. Die Aussicht war perfekt und ruhig 😍 Der Ort war sehr sauber und sicher. Eine tolle Stelle, mit sehr professionellen Dingen Echt toller Service und hervorragende Gastfreundschaft ❤️ Danke für die tolle Nacht.. Eine meiner schlimmsten Erfahrungen bislang, von einem jungen Rezeptor namens Paula, eine unerwartete Person, und ich zeigt keine Respekt und Anerkennung für die Gäste, und das Hotelzimmer ist nicht sehr gut, und es gibt viele Dinge, die sehr effizient arbeiten, wie Gräben, Splitter, sogar Wasserheizer und Verbindungsdeckel. Die Elektrizität ist nicht in guter Zustand, und das ist ein großes Risiko für Kinder und Menschen, die nicht einmal auf der Ebene des Badezimmers Strom erfahren haben, nicht regelmäßig persönliche Reinigung im Badezimmer und Badezimmer Toiletten für mehr als drei In den Tagen hat niemand sogar Papiertoiletten in das Badezimmer gelegt. This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. First class staff, so clean rooms with good space and nice pool and sea view, clean roomy bathrooms, you can eat and drink from hotel service without need going outside but still you can make it outside easily inside Maamora or more distant inside the city, pool is so clean with available plenty towels and side to side shower and Gym, private clean beach less than 100 meters walk, Roomy safe underground parking, highly recommended to visit
