"Meine Frau & ich hatte 2 Nächte im vergangenen Monat. Obwohl in der Nähe der Stadt es eine Oase von Frieden und Ruhe, von der Ankunft bis zum Abreisen. Sehr gute Unterkunft, ausgezeichnete Betten & a/c plus zusätzlich gute Nahrung und Service von allen Beschäftigten in Kondai Lip. Die 1 Stunde Komplimentarausflug war die Eis auf dem Kuchen. Wenn ich nach Kerala zurück ging, würde ich nach Kondai Lip zurückkehren."

"I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests"

"Schöne Grosszügige Bungalow-Hoteanlage. Direkter Zugang zu einem endlos langem Strand. Anlage hat viele Palmen und andere Bepflanzung, Schmetterlingsgarten, Gemüseanbau. Sehr. Nettes Restaurant.. Gute Massagen. Freundliches, immer hilfsbereites und warmherziges Personal. Wir waren zu Beginn unserer Rundreise 4 Nächte dort und danach erneut 4 Nächte zum Entspannen dort. Gefallen hat uns auch Annita, mit ihren ulkigen Bettfekorationen aus Handtüchern. Es hat uns außerordentlich gefallen, kommen gerne wieder und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen Jens+Erika Friedrich und Sabine aus Berlin"

Room services are also great Cons ------ Last few 50m to the hotel entrance is very narrow Compared to the services provided by hotel, variety of food items needs to be improved. This hotel is in Kuttanad area and Kuttanadan dishes were very less. Also, the variety of dessert items is very less. What I feel is the cost of some food items are a bit on the high end that needs to be checked Overall, it's a great stay for 1 or 2 days overnight"

"Pros: Ruhe und anständige Umgebung . Gute Badezimmer Strand 500m vom Grundstück entfernt. Cons: günstige Bettwäsche und harte unkomfortable Matratzen mit Dampf-Lufträumen und Insekten. Sehr staubige Lichter und Ausstattung. Keine Warmwasseroption für Dusche und nur 1 einzelne dusche Handtücher für 2 Personen. Scham! Nicht empfehlen."
