Booked a small room which I think shud have a more leg room / space. The Location is also good

Cleaning, safety, facilities, amenities and food is too good. Room cleaning service, down level staff is very quick and helpful, but i am not happy reception senior service. Also called 2-3 time for tv related issue but nobody came, next day i called again and then the issue solved.

The place is like a guest house from the inside. I booked mini suite and to go to the suite you need to cross kitchen and storage area, then a banquet hall. There was trash and spiller water all over the banquet hall and passage to the room. Even the room was not properly cleaned. Will attach pics. And the guy at reception has terrible attitude. The only good thing was their food.

The hotel was overpriced as compared to quality of rooms. Rooms are shabby and bathroom has leakage. The quality of linen was poor and the room was not cleaned properly. I should get 100% refund

1. there were no windows in room
2. rooms were not tidy
3. the staff was very much arrogant and didn’t have any courtesy in talking with guests
4. there was no arrangement in breakfast for kids
5. there was no vallet available for parking.

Pathetic staff at the reception and the manager. Unruly and impolite. They extracted 1200 bucks from me for the tea spills on the bed sheet as damages charge. Haven’t experienced this anywhere &mind you i am their regular customer coming to them every alternate month to the city since years. Guests will automatically sit on the bed and eat as there’s no space in the rooms except the bed space. Incredibly tiny rooms. Have experienced one or another issues in the span of two years and now i am done with them for sure. Highly unprofessional rude snoots.

If you want to make tea in the room, you have to make it with bisleri water. Because these people forbid you to give ro water when you ask for normal ro water in this hotel
