Good room and maintenance is high, only thing you will miss nearby places don't have street food options. Good for transit traveller

Room superb, staff superb, food superb. Overall very good stay at this property. Only concern is about the location of the property. Very congested.

They don't respond anything, house keeping is not done. Their behaviour is not good. They don't take serious about us

When i told the manager that the tv was not working, then the guy got angry and then said that you have to do it, do it, if you want to cancel, then cancel, this is how it is in this room. It is like this and after that he got angry and started raising his hands on me like this the room is not at all as shown in the photos, there is so much dirt in the room, there are only mosquitoes, small animals, animals. I faced a lot of trouble in the hotel.

I will start by mentioning the pros. 1. The room was spacious and the cupboard provided was large. 2. Considering hot agra weather, the washroom had fan. Now cons. 1. At first the room appeared to be clean but there were so many cockroaches and mosquitoes. There were wrapper bits all over the floor under the bed. 2. The food quality and taste was bad and one could easily say was pricy. The portion sizes on their large thali was also bad. 3. The staff lack professionalism. Within like 30 seconds they would start to press the bell twice. 4. There is a bar opposite the hotel entrance, so its just bad while entering or leaving the hotel. 5. The location of the hotel is not feasible for tourists. 6. The bedsheet provided was torn in the middle. Though they changed it as soon as i mentioned, but why should there be a torn bedsheet in the first place when it is clearly visible.
