Had a memorable stay here,Everyone in my family loved the hospitality at the hotel rooms as well as the food area. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would love to come back with family here. Will definitelý recommend others to visit Orange Hotel.

I had made a last minute booking. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The stay was good. Everything from checkin and checkout was taken care of smoothly. Since we came from delhi in our own car, we were also able to park it with the vallet.The Dinner and breakfast buffet was yummy. Very family friendly and couple friendly hotel.All the time we felt welcomed and safe.

Nope...total disappointing...the lobby was having a weird smell...I had booked for my 2 kids and tariffs were discussed accordingly but I had to take only one kid ..but they did not budge on tariff reduction and tried to include dinner etc etc and were a total confusion...upon my arrival the power went off and the room boys took my luggage to the first floor and upon asking they said as if they were trying to do me a favour saying it's only first floor u can walk ..tht was rude...

Services were pathetic and staff argued when feedback provided on food. No place for drivers to stay even after discussed this in advance. It's not value for money with the services they offered. With such big hotels good food is the least can be expected.

My stay on 15th & 16th June 2024 was amazing . I stayed in suite room which was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. From Check in , to Food & Beverages , location of hotel and Staff hospitality was amazing. Special call out to the F&B manager Govind who was an epitome of hospitality and great customer service . Overall Hotel is value for money and one of the best hotels in Agra for its location , comfort, food and Staff hospitality.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Orange as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Agra as it is just round the corner from the station and various sight seeing places. Though the rates of the food at the restaurant was bit high and portion size was less, but taste was awesome. The staff are very good, courteous, especially the Reception staff she was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
