I tried to book the hotel online but there was a problem with the payment processor so I went directly to the hotel because I required an official invoice and you can't get it if you book through ********** or similar channels. I arrived extremely tired and not in the mood to move again, as getting to the property is quite the trip itself, I was charged a little higher than what's on the website but I was willing to pay just to rest. When we were showed to the room there was a very obvious paint or thinner smell. We opened the windows and hoped the smell would leave, alas it didn't. We also discovered the room was in a poor state in regards to seals and tiles, one wall tile was on the floor, there was paint running down the curtains. We called front desk and within about 15min we were moved to a different room. This new room was a visual improvement, yet we found out it also had a few problems. The beds were extremely lose, the breaks on the wheels under the bed were not set so if you weren't careful the bed would fly out under you. The bathtub wouldn't empty, even though we never filled it, for only a short shower. The curtain was partially unhooked and let a ton of light in. There was an Ice bucket but no icemaker. The fan blades were bent due to humidity. There was cracks on the ceiling and an old smoke smell. We were able to sleep even past the rumble of whatever pump or compressor was nearby. Even with those problems, service was exceptional. overall a very disappointing experience for a premium price, will not return.
