Hotels mit Frühstück in Abuta District

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

Es war mein erster Skiausflug nach Niseko und ich entschied mich für das Hilton Hotel mit Ski-in-Ski-out-Anschluss. Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat sich meine Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hotelservice war sehr gut, abends gab es Sänger in der Lobby und Skibegeisterte aus aller Welt trafen sich zum Austausch. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Therme konnte bis spät in die Nacht genutzt werden. Im ersten Stock gab es auch einen kleinen Laden. In der Nähe des Hotels gab es ein italienisches Restaurant und das Essen war sehr gut. Natürlich ist der Preis im Hilton während der Schneesaison etwas hoch, aber die Erinnerungen sind sehr gut und ich werde wieder hingehen.

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

It’s was a wonderful time visiting Rusutsu. The Westin Hotel was a great accommodation for short, medium, and long vacations. Fortunately, staffs were professional and they always had service mind. I got helped from one staff changed a wrong ski-pass to a new correct one. I stayed only for 3 days and felt so comfy. Thank you.

the view is extra ordinarily beautiful. I believe this is the hotel with the best view in the area. all rooms are facing the lake and u can wake up with the sun raising on your right. the onsen is big too, with a rooftop onsen facing directly to the lake. the buffet is nice and the restaurant is pretty too Just some of the staff are not so friendly.

Overall, we had a very good experience at Toyako Manseikaku Hotel Lakeside Terrace. The hotel offers a great lakeside view and relaxing environment. However, during check-in, there was some confusion. I had emailed earlier to inform the hotel that we would be bringing an extra guest and asked if there would be any additional charges, but unfortunately received no reply. Upon arrival, we were told to top up extra charges, yet no extra bed was provided in the original room. Only after expressing my dissatisfaction did they upgrade our room. I truly appreciate Ms. Hana for her professionalism and effort in handling the situation. She did a great job with the final arrangement, and her service made a big difference in our overall stay. Thank you!

Das Hotel ist groß, die Zimmer sind groß und die Einrichtungen sind ausreichend. Es ist wie ein Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es besser wäre, wenn es ein Fitnessstudio gäbe Das Hotel verfügt über viele Restaurantoptionen, unter anderem ist das Buffet beim Oktoberfest wirklich gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Darüber hinaus ist das Skigebiet wirklich großartig, der Schnee ist sehr weich und weich Wir haben einen Termin mit einem Trainer vereinbart, um Skifahren zu lernen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Ort, an dem wir Werkzeuge leihen, etwas weit von der Schule entfernt ist. Für Anfänger ist es wirklich schwierig, mit Skischuhen und vielen Utensilien eine Weile zu laufen. Das kostenlose Frühstück bietet auch verschiedene Restaurantoptionen und schmeckt gut Das Hotel verfügt über ein Badehaus und eine heiße Quelle. Leider soll die heiße Quelle am nächsten Morgen sauber gewesen sein und ich konnte vor dem Auschecken kein weiteres Bad nehmen.

Das Hotel ist großartig und das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Meine erste Zeit hier zu bleiben und es ganz lieben. Das Frühstück ist wirklich großartig!! Das Hotel bietet kostenlose private pickup & drop off Service. Es ist so bequem, auch um zu kaufen und zu essen. Dieses Hotel empfehlen Sie jedem, der beabsichtigt, zu kommen und Niseko zu besuchen!
