Disgusting place. Terrible food. No cleaning at all. Terrible staff. Came for a wedding and most of the guests left with food poisoning. Absolutely do not recommend staying here. You can call the staff as much as possible but they will not come to clean your room. Disgusting towels and bed sheets have stains on them that they never replace.

As per costing and rate some facilities not available like indoor games and outdoor games. And also No Entertainment things available. Only One swimming pool, rooms and restaurant available. Other all facilities like restaurant and spa charges taken. Also swimming pool has no other facilities like entaintainment thing in pool.

I stayed with my family including 2 kids. The property is more than 1 hour distance from mt abu which is a pain. It also has a bar inside it and people from outside come and park their vehicles and you can see the fuss at night when people are arguing with each other in parking area. When i asked if i can sit outside with family and enjoy dinner, the manager clearly said that we can’t have drinks and food in open area, which removes all the purpose of booking a resort. The pool was filled with youngsters shouting and drinking openly. Overall the property was no where close to a family stay. The only good part was the room service which we have to use as maximum times we have to stay inside as the outside environment was toxic.

We have spent memorable movment in this resort. All staff and service are exilant. I have sagguest all my friends to stay atlist one time and experience the most visited Resort. Foor are very expensive. Not good hygiene main. Bathroom not clean properly. Swiming pool area water found not ok. Too much chemical used.

Service was pathetic. We need to wait for an Hour to get a Glass of Milk. Staff was not aware at all about the customer service. There was no Shower Gel in our Room and need to wait for One Hour for staff to Refill that. For all the things you order including Water, u need to wait for Hour or so. Changing room near swimming pool was worst, it was dirty, nobody bothered to clean the changing room.

Ye resort ko service ekdam third class hai aur room me towel bhi nahi dete hai, swimming pool me bad smell aati hai aur no cleaning water aur food ke liye 1 gantha Tak bethna padta hai tab jakar food aata hai, waha ke manager ko bolne ki sense bhi nahi hai aur bedsheet bahot gandi thi ye resort guest house se bhi bekar hai, please bhul kar bhi ye resort me mat Jana paise aur time dono waist hoga

We booked a family room as we were 3 adults and 1 kid. Washroom was dirty and toilet seat was very old and yellowish. Service standards are poor, no one is bothered. After follow up, could get the room cleaned. Toiletries and tea, coffee sachets were provided on the 2nd day after asking them. Very bad services for such a hefty price paid.
