何何丽霞We choosed this hotel because they offered drop-off and pick-up services between the hotel and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. We also considered at previous guests’ reviews and photos of the rooms.
Before we arrived, we had already communicated through WeChat, so everything went smoothly. They also informed us about purchasing tickets for the Huanglong scenic area and explained everything very clearly, even though I bought the tickets from someone else.
Our journey from Huanglong took about 2 hours, and we arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m. We got a bit lost, but after calling them, four people came out to welcome us. From the outside, the hotel looked quite ordinary, but once we stepped into the terrace… it was unbelievably beautiful. They also have an outdoor area to relax.
The hotel lobby is combined with the breakout room; it’s not cramped but not spacious either, yet still beautifully arranged. We went into the room and were shown how to use the facilities. The room was very beautiful, exactly like the photos, with a bathtub right in front of the bed.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, and there’s a work desk, snacks provided, towel amenities, and very nice slippers—everything was good and up to date. They even have a dryer for underwear or socks near the toilet. They also have a warm drinking water dispenser, which we found extremely convenient. There were plenty of power outlets, and the bedside lighting controls were very well set up.
We slept very well until the next morning when we were heading to Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Breakfast was served steamed—corn, bread, sweet potatoes, and a bowl of noodles… the breakfast was sooo delicious. After finishing breakfast, we were taken to Jiuzhaigou in a Denza car and informed about evening the pick-up location. Everything was arranged very professionally. When we were done, we contacted the hotel and the car came to pick us up.
The location is very strategic, with many places to eat near the hotel, so there’s no need to worry. I am very satisfied and will definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Jiuzhaigou. The staff are extremely professional, the arrangements are very organized, also helpful. And I would have regretted it if I hadn’t chosen to stay here. Two thumbs up for this hotel.

AAbadboyDieser Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Ich muss die Landschaft und den Butlerservice dieses Hotels wärmstens loben.
Als ich die Balkontür öffnete, war ich überwältigt – die fernen Berge, der rauschende Fluss. Als ich auf dem Balkon saß, Tee trank und die Aussicht genoss, fühlte ich mich, als wäre meine ganze Müdigkeit wie weggeblasen.
Noch herzlicher war der Butlerservice. Sie kontaktierten mich vor dem Check-in, um meine Reiseroute zu bestätigen. Bei meiner Ankunft halfen sie mir beim Transport zu malerischen Orten, trugen mein Gepäck, gaben mir detaillierte Informationen zu den Einrichtungen und sogar hilfreiche Tipps zu nahegelegenen Frühstückslokalen. Während meines Aufenthalts erwähnte ich beiläufig, dass ich nach Changpinggou fahren möchte, und der Butler brachte mich ohne zu zögern dorthin. Beim Check-out halfen sie mir sogar, ein Taxi zu rufen und meine Sachen zu überprüfen. Sie waren während des gesamten Vorgangs herzlich und aufmerksam, und es war überhaupt kein Gefühl von Distanz zu spüren.
Wegen der Landschaft und des Services werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

GGastnutzerFor a city dweller, this homestay nestled in the mountains was a wonderful escape. The room was comfortable and well equipped, what was most remarkable was the beautiful scenery surrounding the place. Just a short walk away is a plain with horses and cows grazing away peacefully, I wish I spent more time exploring more of the mountains! Service at the home stay was sincere, efficient and well coordinated by Ms 袁琪文 and her staff. The yak noodle soup at breakfast was really delightful and comforting!

LLuojiaDies ist eines der wenigen Hotels einer internationalen Kette in der Nähe von Jiuzhaigou. Es behält die grundlegenden Standards von Conrad in Bezug auf Hotelausstattung und Service bei. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist gut, aber nicht so atemberaubend wie das, was man im Internet sieht.
Es gibt ein paar Fragen:
1. Der Weg vom Hochgeschwindigkeitszug zum Hotel ist nicht sehr bequem, da die Entfernung groß ist. Wenn es auf dem Weg vom Hotel zum malerischen Gebiet Jiuzhaigou zu einem Stau kommt, ist das auch nicht sehr praktisch. Aber im Grunde sind alle Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in diesem Gebiet konzentriert
2. Der Autoservice des Hotels ist während der Stoßzeiten nicht sehr praktisch und man muss lange warten. Das Anstehen beim Check-in im Hotel dauert lange

A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin
We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here.
What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family.
The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air.
As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay.
Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy.
And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place.
When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special.
For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. Please be healthy, rest well, sleep early, and I hope your business soars high above the sky!

小金县的一片天堂 ——
我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。
这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。
酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。
作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。
如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。
还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。
当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。

Nur ein schwieriger Teil wurde eingereist, da externe Fahrzeuge nicht erlaubt sind (bestes, um ihre WeChat-Nummer *********** zu speichern, so können Sie für ihre Autos, um Sie aus dem Besucherzentrum zu nehmen). 10/10 empfehlen!

GGastnutzerThe hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall.
The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well.
On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep

JJwntayOnsen is more like a public common bath. Probably due to non peak season, during our stay, only 1 tub was filled out of 4. It is shared between both male and female hence you will need to be in your swim suit.
Breakfast is definitely a must to get as nearest food is about 10min walk and the shops don't open early.
Nonetheless, the view is amazing, the room is amazing, amenities in the room are awesome too! Identical to pictures provided. They also provide unique tea and facial masks!! Toiletries are replaced promptly.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt nicht weit vom malerischen Ort entfernt und hat uns rechtzeitig mit dem Auto abgeholt. Der erste Eindruck ist, dass die Umgebung sehr komfortabel ist In der Gegend ist nicht viel los, aber es gibt Imbissbuden und Taxis. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Xiaoai-Smartphone-System. Als ich nachts ins Hotel zurückkehrte, bestellte ich direkt Essen, das aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Ich habe die heißen Quellen nicht erlebt, weil ich zu müde war und direkt schlafen gegangen bin. Ich kann diesen Service wärmstens empfehlen und er ist sehr kostengünstig

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )
