I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Der Aufenthalt in der Mushan Yingxue Ruoergai Branch ist dieses Mal wirklich ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthaltserlebnis! Erstens sind die Dekoration und Ausstattung des Hotels sehr gut. Die Dekoration im Zimmer ist modern und elegant, mit Sinn für Design. Sauerstoffkonzentratoren und Luftbefeuchter sind alles notwendige Hilfsmittel für die Hochebenenreise, sodass ich in großen Höhen eine komfortable Unterkunftsumgebung genießen kann. Auch das Warmwasserbereitersystem ist super leistungsstark, mit ausreichend Wassermenge und passender Wassertemperatur, sodass ich jederzeit ein angenehmes Badeerlebnis genießen kann. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Kreisstadt und ist sehr praktisch für Essen und Unterkunft. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig, inklusive Kaffee und Milch Früchte. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe berühmter malerischer Orte wie dem Huahu-See und der ersten Biegung des Gelben Flusses, sodass ich diese wunderschönen Landschaften problemlos besuchen kann. Was mich noch mehr überraschte, war, dass man auf den Hügeln in der Nähe immer noch Murmeltiere sehen kann, und das Reiten auf Pferden ist auch super praktisch. Dadurch habe ich wirklich den Charme der Natur gespürt. Erwähnenswert ist, dass das Hotel auch über viele Ladesäulen verfügt, was sich sehr gut für Straßenbahnfahrten eignet. Das ist sehr praktisch für diejenigen unter uns, die gerne mit dem Auto reisen! Lassen Sie uns abschließend über ihren Service sprechen. Sie werden die Initiative ergreifen, Gäste abzuholen und wieder abzusetzen, was den Menschen ein sehr rücksichtsvolles Gefühl vermittelt. Ob es die Begrüßung beim ersten Ankommen oder die Verabschiedung beim Verlassen ist, jeder spürt die Wärme eines Freundes. Sie werden außerdem für jeden Gast eine exklusive WeChat-Gruppe erstellen. Wenn Gäste etwas benötigen, werden sie schnell reagieren. Ein Hotel ganz in der Nähe von Mizoguchi. Zum Besucherzentrum sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Food Court sind es etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Einrichtungsstil des Hotels ist im japanischen Stil. Das Zimmer verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und einheitliche Tatami. Besonders Kinder mögen das Gefühl von Tatami. Beim Frühstück handelt es sich nicht um ein Buffet. Jede Person hat eine Essenskarte. Dazu gehören in der Regel Spiegeleier, gekochte Eier, Gurken, gebratene Erdnüsse, Blumenröllchen oder Dampfbrötchen. Das Restaurant bietet ein Buffet mit Zitronentee, Milch, Kaffee, Toast und Reisbrei . Die heiße Quelle, die sich die Kinder so sehr gewünscht hatten, kam nicht heraus. Das Hotel sagte, dass es schwierig sei, das Wasser abzukochen, weil die Wassertemperatur niedrig sei. Meine Tochter fragte die Rezeptionistin: „Warum heißt es ein Thermalquellen-Hotel?“ wenn wir nicht in einer heißen Quelle baden können? Ha ha! Der Gesamteindruck ist dennoch sehr gut. Der Kellner hat das Zimmer sehr schnell gereinigt und die Ware gut aufgefüllt. Empfehlen Sie jedem, dieses Hotel in Betracht zu ziehen

This was my first time visiting Songpan and as a foreigner, I was super grateful and thankful for the service and hospitality at Songpan No.1 courtyard. Zeng went above and beyond to help me as I didn’t speak any Chinese, she helped me (with the help of a translation app), with transportation, activities and fun bicycle ride to the bus stop. Without Zeng, it would have been difficult to navigate in/out of the city and being a solo traveller, Zeng made sure to check-in. I highly recommend foreigners to stay at this accomodation. As for the hotel- it is situated in the ancient city. There are restaurants/ shops all within walking distance. The Songpan bus station is about 10min walk. The building itself is heritage but it is new and modern on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. It is a smart room- talks to you when you enter and smart bathroom too. Bed was super comfy, plush and new, perfect after a long hike. Thank you again Zeng and the hotel team. Will never forget your kindness.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom malerischen Ort entfernt und hat uns rechtzeitig mit dem Auto abgeholt. Der erste Eindruck ist, dass die Umgebung sehr komfortabel ist In der Gegend ist nicht viel los, aber es gibt Imbissbuden und Taxis. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Xiaoai-Smartphone-System. Als ich nachts ins Hotel zurückkehrte, bestellte ich direkt Essen, das aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Ich habe die heißen Quellen nicht erlebt, weil ich zu müde war und direkt schlafen gegangen bin. Ich kann diesen Service wärmstens empfehlen und er ist sehr kostengünstig

Das war das beste Hotel unserer Reise nach China! Jede Ecke des Hotels ist schön gestaltet, und das Zimmer war mit allen Einrichtungen, die wir benötigten, unstlich aufmerksam und freundlich. Als mein Vater ein bisschen Schwindel erlebte, weil die hohe Höhe, brachte das Personal schnell eine Sauerstoffmaschine zusammen mit einem speziellen Tee, um die Symptome zu lindern so bedenkliche Pflege! Das Abendessen im Hotel war lecker und schön dargestellt. Das Personal blickte uns über das ganze Essen hin und jeder war so freundlich. Das Frühstück war einzigartig und lecker, und die Morgenlatte, die sie serviert hatten, war absolut perfekt. Wenn ich jemals wieder in diese Stadt zurückkomme, werde ich sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben. “Dieses Hotel sollte absolut auf der Reiseliste aller sein!”

Great Service, New Hotel, Clean. Hotel is new, room is comfy and clean. Designed with local style. It is surrounded in a quiet neigborhood. As foreigners, we traveled by ourselves without tour, the owner took care and helped us a lot during our stay. They helped us to book taxi and even drove us to bus station to buy bus ticket to Chengdu. (As foreigner can't book the bus ticket online for return). Owner speaks english too. It helps those who can't speak chinese. It feels like we were staying at our relatives home. Extra miles service. Breakfast is simple but very nice. We also had our dinner at the hotel for 2 nights food is nice too. Price is reasonable. It is very recommended hotel.👍👍

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! The view from our room was simply stunning, especially during the autumn season. The vibrant colors of the mountains were a sight to behold. The room itself was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a very effective heating system that kept us cozy throughout our stay. What truly set this place apart was the owner's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing around the town, suggested good restaurants, and even helped us coordinate and book all our taxi trips. They even printed some documents for us free of charge and were always happy to assist with any needs we had, no matter how small. We felt so well taken care of during our stay. If you're looking for a hotel with breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, look no further!

Sie waren warm, freundlich und immer bereit mit einem Lächeln oder hilfsbereite Empfehlung. Es ist selten, solche echte Gastfreundschaft zu finden. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, mit großen Fenstern, die einen schönen Blick auf das Eis angeboten. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der sich entspannen sucht, die Natur zu erkunden.
