Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

Der Hotelstil ist sehr atmosphärisch, das Aussehen ist auch sehr gut! Der Junge ist enthusiastisch, die Rückreise hat auch Schokolade geschickt, und die Gepäcktasche ist kostenlos gespeichert, sehr gut!

Hotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their ”filtered” water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus. The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours. The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open. Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold. I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

es ist ein sehr schönes hotel. Das einzige Problem ist der Service, die Kellner haben ewig gebraucht um Essen zu bringen und auch der Zimmerservice war sehr langsam.

Wir waren glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt 😊 + Komfortable Bett (so selten in Mexiko zu finden) Geräumiges Zimmer, AC war wirklich neu und gut funktioniert, Frühstück war es wert sein Preis, ziemlich einfach, aber es füllte mich für den Nachmittag, immer sauber Zimmer und frische Handtücher. Es gibt keine großen Nachteilen, das einzige kleine, was manche Leute vielleicht nicht mögen ist, dass das Wasser nicht heiß war, es war warm und es war gut mit uns. Es war großartig, nach einem heißen Tag auf dem Strand eine frische Dusche zu haben. Auch WiFi verlangsamt in Spitzenzeiten, Sie werden nicht in der Lage sein, YouTube-Videos zu sehen. Es war kein Problem für uns überhaupt. Wir haben sogar beschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern.

This is a charming family-run hotel in Oaxaca. The place is spotless, with a great rooftop for breakfast—delicious, cheap, and with free coffee in the morning! The staff were super friendly and always smiling. I know photos doesn’t look great but it’s much, much nicer in real! The only minor issue is the main door at night—it’s locked, so you’ll need to knock and might wait a bit if the staff are asleep. Other than that, it’s clean, affordable, and full of character. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in the perfect location close to the historic center and a short walk into surrounding neighborhoods of Jalatlaco and Xochimilco. Lots of food and coffee around and quiet and safe at night. Service was great and they helped us with laundry and getting taxis. A/c and hot water was strong, rooms were clean and dark out curtains were perfect. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is totally new (remodeled) and clean, wifi is working great at all corners and location is really centric. The only little detail would be that every little noise from the corridor can be heard inside your room. Not a big deal since is familiar time friendly. Nothing that can damage the service and attention level.

Das Hotel in China-Run-Zhongzhen ist zehn Minuten von der Altstadt-Kathedrale und dem Pflanzengarten entfernt, nicht sehr weit und nahe. Es gibt eine Reise-Registrierung im Hotel, und es hat uns 750 Peso pro Person entnommen und am nächsten Tag an 500 Personen übertragen... Das Fenster im Zimmer kann nicht geöffnet werden, ein wenig Schlauch kann Klimaanlage öffnen. Die Zimmerumgebung kann auf das Inlandsniveau Hantley beruhen.
