Perfect hotel for family trip, the room is big, spacious, and clean. Many choices for breakfast, facilities such as pool and mini gym are well maintained. Services are good, hoteliers are nice & polite. Minus point is the location is quite far if you want to walk to Malioboro by walk, and the wall is not soundproof so you can hear any sound from the corridor (running kids) or other room (guests next door sing almost all the time).

It was a good experience. The hotel is Majestic and Beautiful. The location is good although walking out from the hotel to the main road is quite a challenge, going up and down slopes. The staff are welcoming. Food at its Restaurants are excellent. Service is good and the waiters are well mannered. Getting around is also easy with Gojek or Grab. We love it.

Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet. I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

Booked the room with pool view (a bit higher price compared to non pool view, you decide from my photo whether it’s worth or not). Everything was great. Room is very cozy. I love the long sofa beside the window, very comfortable to do everything. Service is awesome. Parking spot is a lot. Breakfast is one of the best. Only few steps away to Pakuwon mall (exactly next to the hotel).

Très bon hostel, les chambres étaient propres, pas d’insectes, bonne AC, jacuzzi, les SDB/WC en extérieur sont propres. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Les activités proposées sont tops 👍 Le petit déjeuner en supplément varie tous les jours et est bon Je recommande.

Super gute Lage direkt vor der Hauptstraße von Malioboro. Zimmer und Toiletten sind nicht die neuesten, aber die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Pool sah toll aus. Das Frühstück war das Beste! Super große Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Speisen und die meisten haben gut geschmeckt.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel
