Der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Ich war überrascht, dass man für die Aufbewahrung einer Tasche 4 Pfund bezahlen musste; es war das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass ich für die Aufbewahrung einer Tasche bezahlt habe. Die Bar war morgens nicht geöffnet und ich habe keine Erfahrung mit dem Essen in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Empfang war ordentlich, die Flure waren nicht besonders gepflegt. Das Zimmer hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war nicht schön, aber für eine Nacht war es ok und es war ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, alles ist sauber. Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, denn rund um das Meer und in der Nähe des Meeres gibt es viele Pinien, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Nicht ideal, aber durchaus akzeptabel. Das Personal half bei der Lösung aller Probleme.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

Antique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. Not a clean room at all. Suspicious brown dirty streaks all around the bathroom, chips out of the furniture and random paint marks up and down the walls. I’ve stayed at better Premier Inns.

One of the best UK hotel stays I've had so far. The room was newly refurbished and tastefully done with high quality & well thought of interior decorating. Amenities were top notch and clean. The in-house restaurant has a good menu with ethically sourced ingredients, very tasty. The staff were so helpful and efficient, thank you team!

Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war alt, aber sauber und funktionell. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass der Pool am ganzen Tag bis 9 Uhr offen war, aber wir gingen und es gab Schwimmunterricht.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gut und stark empfohlen. Wenn die Familie sein Haus bestellt, sind die Standards zwei Betten 0.9. Wichtig ist, dass neben dem Hotel eine Straße mit Süßigkeiten und chinesischem Essen und verschiedene Hamburger gibt. Das Frühstück für Kinder unter 13 Jahren ist kostenlos. Die Parkplätze sind bequem und 15 Kilometer pro Tag. Es ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, nicht weit, vor allem müssen sie hier zum Strand heruntergehen. Oh, und sie haben Kinder mit kleinen Kleidern und Schlangen geschickt, sehr selten. Der Sand war so fein, dass wir auf die Weiße Wand verzichteten und zwei Tage am Strand verblieben.

The room is much bigger than what i expect. Services from reception desks are extremely friendly and excellent, especially one lady from Kandy, Sri Lanka. The food is great and you can take fruits away as well. Amazingly, there is poole lake just 200meters behind this hotel. And beach side is nearby as well. I will choose to stay in same hotel if i travel to Poole again

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice little hotel with a pool. Not amazing amazing but still decent just a bit small on the size of the room.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Meeresfronts und des Stadtzentrums. Das Zimmer schmeckt ein, aber lustig, als Sie gingen und ich hätte das Fenster nicht ohne die Hilfe meiner Freunde öffnen können. Das Badezimmer war nicht das sauberste, das es sah aus, als wollte jemand einen Teebeutel in die Toilette werfen und es war auf dem Boden fest. Der Wasserdruck auf dem 3. Stock war absolut rutschig, es wäre einfacher gewesen, eine Waschung im Tauch zu haben. Wir beantragten ein Zimmer mit einem Badewanne, das wir nicht bekommen, aber andererseits hatte das Hotel einen kleinen Außengarten mit Sauna und Heißwanne, die wir für zusätzliche £20/person verwendeten und wir es nicht bedauerten! Auch der junge Mann auf der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, sehr bequem, freundlich von den Managern, Frühstück ist sehr lecker

Suchen Sie einen Ort, um die Nacht zu verbringen, während Sie einen Freund besuchen. Zimmerraum ist bis zu Standard und die Hygiene ist gleich. Ein Hiccup ist  beim Einchecken, das Hotelsystem hat angedeutet, dass ich bei der Ankunft die Zahlung zu begleichen benötigen, aber in der Tat habe ich bereits im Voraus gezahlt. Das Front Desk (entschuldigt, ich habe nicht seinen Namen gefragt) war hilfreich genug, um das Problem zu sortieren und es in 5 Minuten zu lösen.
