Einrichtungen: Das Hotel hat eine eigene Wärmekabine, aber nur zwei kleine Pools, das Wasser ist nicht besonders sauber, erlebt eine einmal, die ich nicht mehr erleben möchte. Gesundheit: Die Sanitärreinigung ist nicht rechtzeitig, vielleicht weil sie zu beschäftigt ist? Es bedarf mehrfacher Rezeption, um aufmerksam zu werden. Umwelt: Durchschnittlich fast 1500 Tage, die Umgebung ist sehr allgemein, nicht für den Weg zum Berg Changbai, nicht empfohlen. Da es im Berg im Grunde nichts zu essen ist, ist die gelieferte Suppe einmal gegessen und möchte nicht mehr essen, 58 Stück Knochenfleisch ist wie das im Bild. Dienst: Die Rezeption ist nicht schlecht, die Tante und die Tante des Services sind auch sehr gut. Der Fahrer ist sehr atmosphärisch und durft nicht zu kommunizieren. Es ist immer noch gut, dass es hier drei Stunden kostenlos ist, wenn es um Skifahren geht.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HNA Redbuds Hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, especially considering the affordable price. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxurious amenities offered by the hotel. Upon check-in, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcomed and ensured a smooth process. The lobby area was clean, elegant, and tastefully decorated, giving me a positive first impression of the hotel. As I made my way to the room, I couldn't help but notice the attention to detail in the hotel's interior design. The hallways were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. My room itself was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Business-Dreibettzimmer gebucht, aber das Hotel hat mich direkt zu einem Deluxe-Familienzimmer mit einem 2-Meter-Bett und zwei 1,2-Meter-Betten aufgewertet. Der Platz ist nicht gewöhnlich Sehr gut. Jedes Mal, wenn ich im Housekeeping-Center anrief, kam die Antwort schnell. Die Dame Zuozuo in der Lobby schickte uns ein kleines Geschenk, wodurch ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Das einzige Manko war der Duschraum, den es hier nur gibt. Es wäre toll, wenn es einen beweglichen gäbe. Schließlich ist er nicht sehr freundlich zu weiblichen Freunden.

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

1. Free Pick-Up from Railway Station The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay. 2. Room The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather. 3. Hospitality The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!
