"Very nice scenery from the high floor. Our room was not facing the theme park, so it was peaceful, with only a little noise from the nearby construction. The infinity swimming pool offers beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and is a great place to relax. One thing to note is that the poolside floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra care is needed."

"Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us."

"The location was superb, jus walking distance from the water park. Very convenient for family travellers. However the check in time is at 3pm, so we only check in after we were done with the water park. The unit is spacious for 4 of us. 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. They provide water dispenser and a fridge too. However, the air conditioning were not serviced. They were dusty so my husband has to wash the filters himself. The fans were dusty too. Black chunky thick dust flew on our beds when we on the fan. The pillows were too soft, finding it hard to sleep well. If they can improve on these small details, it would be a good stay."

"Titel: Ein Stück Paradies in Ipoh! Das private Onsen ist ein absolutes Highlight ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass dies einer der besten Aufenthalte war, die ich je in Ipoh hatte. Wenn Sie Entspannung, Luxus und Komfort suchen, ist das IWH Sunway Onsen Apartment genau das Richtige für Sie. Hier sind die Gründe, warum ich so begeistert bin: • Das private Onsen: Das absolute Highlight! Ein privater Whirlpool direkt auf dem Balkon ist ein Erlebnis, für das man normalerweise hohe Hotelpreise zahlt. Im natürlichen Thermalwasser zu baden und dabei die majestätischen Kalksteinhügel zu bewundern, war unglaublich erholsam. Die perfekte Art, abzuschalten. • Die Aussicht: Morgens mit Blick auf das Grün und die nebelverhangenen Hügel aufzuwachen, ist atemberaubend. Es fühlt sich an wie ein Rückzugsort fernab der Stadt und ist dennoch so gut erreichbar. • Das Apartment: Die von IWH verwaltete Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren so bequem wie im Hotel (ich habe wie ein Baby geschlafen!), und die Ausstattung – vom Highspeed-WLAN bis zur Küchenzeile – sorgte für ein luxuriöses Wohlfühlambiente. • Lage: Die Unterkunft befindet sich praktisch direkt neben dem Freizeitpark Sunway Lost World of Tambun. Das ist unglaublich praktisch, wenn Sie den Park besuchen. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. • Service: Das IWH-Team war fantastisch. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar und meine Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft Paaren, die einen romantischen Kurzurlaub planen, oder Familien, die einen unterhaltsamen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchten, wärmstens empfehlen. Ich plane bereits meine nächste Reise dorthin! Meine persönliche Bewertung: 11/10"

"It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey."

"Sunway Lost World of Tambun ist ein vielseitiges Ausflugsziel, das Natur, Entspannung und leichte Abenteuer auf unkomplizierte Weise miteinander verbindet. Die Lage ist ein großer Anziehungspunkt: Imposante Kalksteinformationen bilden eine friedliche Kulisse, während man zwischen Wasserattraktionen, Wildtiergehegen und entspannenden Thermalbecken wechselt. Im Gegensatz zu manchen anderen Freizeitparks ist es hier nicht so hektisch, was es ideal macht, um in Ruhe abzuschalten – besonders abends, wenn sich der Park in ein ruhiges und malerisches Nachtparadies verwandelt."

"The place is really clean, cozy and comfortable. Just nice for group of 8, comfy bed and room space with two bathrooms. Equipped with water purifier and washing machine which made our stay very convenient. This place has two parking lots as well conveniently located near the lift."
