"Convenient and ease as already included morning tickets and night hot spring tickets and also breakfast so everything is seamless. Room floor should be spc wooden as tiles too cold and tiles flooring looks cheap for hotel, not a personal fans for carpet floor and luckily they did not install that. This is 3rd time staying here, good place for our son to experience lost world tambun as he loved the animals here roam freely and feeding freely. Room has a strong smell as we guess they use strong air freshener male strong musky smell to mask the smoking smell before us. Water given to us also past expiry date 😅"

"The owner required us to put in deposit of RM100. We manage to get to put our lugage in the unit before we get to check in. The door lock seem to have issues when we check in the door nob like spoil. The host does not provide additional key access unlike other unit we stayed before. And it is so inconvenient for us with family. Imagine if we only have 1 access card and if our family member went to swimming pool take the card we can't goes down to our carpark and we can't even goes to swimming pool,which mean we are stuck. Host just simply tell us to settle this problem ourself. When we get out the door was unable close and we have to force close it and ended up we can't open the door. Host end up getting locksmith to come open the door we were not able get in our unit for 5 hours. Luckily my kids have extra clothes to change after playing the pool. I can't imagine if my children were to stuck inside the unit can't get out. I hope the host will take a look seriously on the maintenance of the home especially the lock."

"Erstmals reservieren Sie eine Wohnung für Familienurlaub. Zunächst nicht sicher, ob wir eine richtige Wahl treffen. Bis wir erleben und bleiben, bestätigt die richtige Wahl und keine Bedauern! Der ganze Aufenthalt vom Fahren durch den Schlüsselsammlungspunkt, parkierte n öffnet die Einheitstür, alles über unsere Erwartungen und sauberer Erfahrung. Die Einheit ist sehr gut konzipiert ID und mit guter Funktion einschließlich Küche. Trinkwasser LG Markenmaschine wurde bereitgestellt, so dass wir alle leicht Zugang zu Trinkwasser haben. Waschmaschine kommt mit Trocknungsfunktion bereitgestellt. Schlafzimmer Bett ist so komfortabel. Alle Grundausstattung wurde bereitgestellt und die Einheit ist sauber. Es ist ein guter Ort und ein gutes Fengshui Haus für Familienbinden. Die Kondo-Einrichtung sieht alle neu und gut gepflegt aus. Ich habe den Schwimmbad, Onsen Pool mit Jacuzzi und Sauna verwendet. Da nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt so erlebte es nicht nur im Fitnessstudio. Der Plattformbesitzer war sehr nett und hilfreich. Da wir Hilfe mit der Trinkwassermaschine usw. benötigen, sind sie annähernd und reaktiv. Zwei Sets von Zugangskarten und Schlüssel wurden bereitgestellt, machen unser Leben so bequem, da wir dort in zwei getrennten Autos waren. Mit dem ID-Designhaus, keine Wunder, dass Sie Einzahlung von RM200 zahlen müssen. Sicherlich akzeptabel. Einzahlungsrückzahlung war auch schnell und sofort nach dem Auschecken. Danke für alles. Wir alle genießen den Aufenthalt sehr. Ich freue mich auf die Rückkehr zu bleiben bald. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit. Sehr empfohlen!"

"Die Zimmer waren großartig. Kann die verlorene Welt von Tambun vom Balkon sehen. Die Kochgeräte sind zur Verfügung, aber keine Küche erlaubt. Der Hot Spring Pool ist großartig und die Kinder genießen es. Lage ist zentraler, um die meisten Orte innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten Fahrt zu gehen. McDonald’s und Kaffeebohnen & Teeblade sind in der Nähe. Insgesamt genießen wir es wirklich ...."

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel and the surrounding are stunning, the staff is super friendly and the facilities could not have been better. Upon our arrival, our rental car had a flat tyre and the staff was so helpful and fixed this for us immediately. As travellers from Europe this is an excellent service which is so helpful when you do not speak the local language to communicate with for instance the people at the garage. Additionally, we received a free upgrade of our hotel room from the lake villa to the garden villa, for two nights in a row. This villa with private pool and garden is stunning. All the caves and the surrounding facilities are so impressive and nature and luxury blends together perfectly. This is a must visit."

"Ich hatte eine Suite mit drei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Sie war geräumig, sehr sauber und bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Freizeitpark. Alles war perfekt, bis auf das defekte Bidet im Badezimmer – aber das war kein großes Problem. Der Self-Check-in und -Check-out verliefen dank der klaren Anweisungen problemlos. 10 Sterne!"

"Die Lage ist großartig. Zimmer ist sauber, aber mehr Pflege wird auf die Reinigung des Toilettes genommen. Sie sah die Haushalter, die um sich sitzen, anstatt eine GD Reinigungsarbeiten zu machen. Das Frühstück muss verbessert werden. Wir hatten für beide Tage gebratenen Reis, Glücklich am 2. Tag gibt es auch Gartenia Brot."
