Schönes Resort-Stil-Hotel von Biwako. Groß, wenn Sie die Umgebung erkunden, da es in einem etwas zentralen Ort in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionsstätten ist. Das japanische Stilzimmer ist geräumig und wir haben einen Blick auf den See.

Sehr gutes Hotel am malerischen Biwa Lake, sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer und dazu noch sehr groß für japanische Verhältnisse, Ausblick vom Balkon auf See ist fantastisch. Frühstück ist hervorragend, das betrifft sowohl die Organisation als auch die Auswahl der Speisen und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Onsen auch an, den wir täglich sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen haben, einfach herrlich. Das Hotel bietet auch kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus vom und zum Bahnhof an, dazu gibt’s im Hotel entsprechenden Zeitplan. Die Anbindung an Kyoto ist sehr gut und dauert vom Bahnhof Otsu bis Bahnhof Kyoto ca. 15 Minuten. Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und die japanische Tatami ist sehr unverwechselbar und komfortabel. Was ich am meisten schätze, ist das private Open-Air-Bad mit heißen Quellen im Zimmer.Es ist wirklich angenehm, im Schnee zu baden, und die Umgebung draußen ist auch sehr fröhlich. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keine Innendusche im Zimmer gibt, da sich das Duschbad im Freien befindet und Kinder Angst vor der Kälte haben

I couldn't speak Japanese but I could feel that they are treating every customer seriously. Their greetings and sincere services impressed me. There was a problem with my booking initially, not sure why because I didn't get proper explanation from the hotel and Trip.com, the hotel didn't mention anything however arranged some small surprise when they knew this is an anniversary trip. I tried to upgrade my meal with crab as my wife not quite like beef and fish, they said unavailable so I keep to the original. At the end I got crab, fish and beef that surprises me. I was later received a souvenir from the hotel when they served the dessert. The hotel is busy but I'm not seeing lots of people, may be all of them staying at their rooms. The experience for me was exceptional when I woke up at 6am witness the beautiful sunrise right outside the huge window, and saw an eagle passing by my camera when trying to capture that moment. Later on when I take the free shuttle bus ride to the nearby train station, I saw an eagle again came down and climbed up outside the station. Not sure it means anything, but definitely this is a very spiritual journey for me.

Ich war überrascht, wie teuer das Abendessen war, fand aber, dass es sein Geld recht gut wert war. Das Begrüßungsgetränk und die Snacks wie Nüsse und Gummibärchen waren köstlich. Das Badezimmer war auch geräumig und luxuriös. Das Frühstück beginnt um 7 Uhr morgens, also dachte ich, es wäre leer, wenn ich als erstes am Morgen hingehe, aber das Gegenteil war der Fall. Die meisten Gäste waren älter, also standen wir früh auf. Aber auch das Frühstück war lecker. Es ist ein bisschen weit von Osaka und Kyoto entfernt, aber ich bin froh, dass ich gekommen bin.

從抵達到退房，我對一切都很滿意。由其是服務，所有員工都有良好的工作態度，令我們有賓至如歸的感覺。 進入房間，琵琶湖就在眼前，心情舒暢。房間乾淨、寬敞，並且有足夠的設施。有洗面乳、乳液、乳液、浴巾、面膜等，室內穿著舒適，可以在晚餐或洗澡時穿著。冰箱裡的水很充足，每層樓都有飲水機。 期待頂樓的休息室，我們一邊欣賞琵琶湖的美景，一邊享用迎賓甜點、藍莓派和飲料，度過了輕鬆的時光。飲料包括酒精、咖啡、茶、橙汁，除了飲料之外還有爆米花及堅果。 一樓的公共浴場的水溫恰到好處，一邊眺望眼前的琵琶湖一邊放鬆身心。還有桑拿浴室。公共浴室提供毛巾也很好。洗完澡後，我們喝了醋梅黑豆茶。 晚餐也很棒。尤其是近江牛和近江米的美味給我留下了深刻的印象。這也是我第一次品嚐烤茄子濃湯。 自助早餐無論是品質還是數量都非常好。 炒近江牛肉和大津菠菜、甜肉和馬鈴薯與近江米飯很相配。新鮮蔬菜、鹽曲和蔬菜醬也不錯。 我非常喜歡新鮮出爐的法式吐司，所以我又點了一份。甜點有布丁、鬆餅和餅乾等烘焙食品。飲料包括冰沙和豆奶。 退房時工作人員幫我搬運了行李，並禮貌地與我告別。 這真是幸福的兩天。我想再次訪問。

It was a great stay at this ryokan! The hotel is able to arrange a car to fetch you from the JR station. You can call them using a dedicated phone at the station which is used to contact the different ryokans. The car arrived in 10mins or so. The ride to the ryokan was also less than 10mins. The hotel also fetched us to the station on the last day of our stay. The ryokan itself is homely and cozy. We were greeted by an english speaking staff who introduced us to the amenities of the ryokan. There was also a nice welcome tea and matcha chocolate. Our bags were brought to our room as well during this time. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel prepared 2 welcome biscuits in the room which was a nice personal touch. The room has a nice living room and a great view of Lake Biwa. Recommend to catch the sunrise over the lake! There are 2 normal beds as well as futon beds (need to set up yourself). Both are comfortable. The hotel also prepared pretty yukata for both female and male guests which you can wear during the stay. There are 4 different designs for ladies, and one design for the guys. You can request for different size if the one in the room doesn’t fit you. There is also a full length mirror and a mini dressing area at the side of the living room. It was fun dressing up in the yukata! The toilet, basin, shower and hot tub areas are all separate. The toilet is a little small, but the basin and mirror area is very spacious. The shower area is quite small as well and the shower head is rather low so you need to hold the shower head if you wish to wash up while standing. There is a small stool given for you to sit down though. The hot tub area is semi-outdoor and you can see Lake Biwa. But it is quite small (only good for one person). It was too cold so we didn’t use the hot tub. Instead, we booked the private onsen for 50mins. The private onsen has a private toilet and dressing area which is equipped with hairdryer, body lotion etc. There is a water dispenser as well if you need to hydrate yourself. The onsen area has a washing area, and the hot tub area is spacious for 2 person. There are privacy screens around the onsen area but there is a small gap to let in cold air for ventilation. Wish there is a good view from the private onsen but it was still enjoyable! Dinner and breakfast was Kaiseki style, and the meals were one of the highlights for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the courses which are clean tasting yet wholesome, fresh and flavourful. It was such a sumptuous treat! The ryokan also has a souvenir shop if you wish to buy anything back. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed the stay here and we agreed this was one of the main highlights of our 12 days trip in Japan. Highly recommend!

Superwert! Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber und der Halb-Rauch-Rauch ist warm genug. Es ist völlig entspannend, den ruhigen Genuss zu genießen. Clerks are all very nice, and they have shuttle buses to the JR station. However, foreign tourists with tattoos should note that they cannot use public bathroom, but they will still be charged the service fee of it.

Die geografische Lage in der Nähe des Hafens von Huanghuang, der Huanghuang, ist bequem. Die Nähe von Huanghuang A5 und der Eingang von Rindern ist gepflegt, lecker und wertvoll. Über die warme Suppe im Freien, die schöne Landschaft des Huanghuanghuang ist der Blick auf den Boden.

Das Zimmer im japanischen Stil mit Blick auf die Straße, die heiße Quelle im ersten Stock, es ist sehr komfortabel, im zweiten Stock isst, Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr reichhaltig, das Niveau der Küche entspricht nicht weniger als dem Niveau der High-End-Japaner Restaurants in Kyto! Beim Abendessen hilft ein Kellner, das Bett zu öffnen. Ich habe seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr mit meinen Eltern im selben Zimmer geschlafen. Als ich jung war, habe ich noch auf einem Bett geschlafen, mit drei Betten nebeneinander, so warm. Der Hotelbesitzer kann etwas Englisch sprechen, kostenloser Abhol- und Bringservice zum JR-Bahnhof Okoto Onsen und zum Bahnhof Hieizan sowie kostenfreier Abhol- und Bringservice zur Seilbahnstation Hieisan In der Nähe des Lake Biwa Harbours, gegenüber dem Lake Biwa Hot Spring Park, können Sie das Thermal-Fußbad kostenlos genießen

Very nice. The owner is very nice and helpful. He is able to speak English. Moreover, the private Onsen room is really impressive. Hope I can go next time.

Es gibt einen Bus zum Hotel Dajin, um einen frühen Telefonanruf zu buchen. Der japanische Service hat nicht gesagt, dass er nach Japan gereist ist. Dieser Familienreise ist bestimmt, mit dem frühen Abendessen, die Sorte ist etwas besser, es gibt weniger Menschen, haha

Hotel mit Thermalquellen im japanischen Stil. Es gibt nicht viele Chinesen hier. Fast alle Japaner kommen hierher, um zu reisen. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Bruder aus Taiwan, der sehr gut Chinesisch spricht. Hier wird der ultimative japanische Service erlebt. Die 4G benutzte diesmal die Internetkarte, konnte das Hotel nicht kontaktieren, wir mussten den Kundenservice von Ctrip finden, um das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Zuerst war ich sehr verlegen. Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass Ctrip in einem ausländischen Hotel so gute Arbeit leistet. In einem fremden Land sah ich am Eingang des JR-Bahnhofs, wie das Hotelpersonal das Auto abholte, und ich war gut gelaunt!

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gewählt, um eine komplette japanische Erfahrung zu haben. Das ist gelungen. Wir hatten ein traditionelles japanisches eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Tatami. Am Nachmittag wurde auf dem Zimmer Tee serviert, während des Abendessens wurde das Zimmer mit “futons” eingerichtet Zur Schlaf. Darüber hinaus war das Zimmer mit allen westlichen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Ein eigenes “ofuro” draußen am Balkon war schön, um den Anstrengungen des Tages zu folgen. Sehr ausgedehnte japanische Frühstück und “kaiskeki” Abendessen. Sehr hilfreich und persönliche Bedienung mit Beratung über was zu besuchen. Der Ort Nagahama hat eine schöne Innenstadt und die Bootsfahrt über Lake Biwa zur Insel Chikubushima ist ein Ratschlag. Wir wurden vom Hotel zum Hafen gebracht. Dieses Hotel war für uns eine fantastische Erfahrung
