Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel is located at midst of Nagoya City and just directly above the Nagoya Station. You are basically can go anywhere from there by intercity trains to remote locations or by metro subways to local nearby point of interests (POI) and it is super convenience. There are lot of shopping malls and good F&B / sake shops around and you will never feeling tired to try and explore. The guest room hygiene is good as expected and I liked the hot water supply and temperature inside the bathtub. I found that the hot water supply and temperature in those Marriott-series hotel is far more better than those nowadays contemporary / modern hotels, which is so important to a tourist like me to take a relax after a whole-day travel visit in different POIs.

The location is very close to nagoya station. Only 5 minutes on food. The room is very convenient. What is more, the bathroom is very great. The breakfast is nice with many options.

Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es dauert zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Nagoya Science Museum, zehn Minuten zum Electric Building und zehn Minuten zur Meitetsu Station. Es ist so praktisch, dass Lawson unten ist, also ist es praktisch, zu essen und Wasser zu kaufen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es zwei oder drei Drogerien. Wenn Sie ins Legoland gehen, befindet sich das Aquarium direkt vor dem Bahnhof. Gehen Sie einfach zum Busbahnhof Meitetsu und nehmen Sie den Bus direkt nach Shirakawa-go, was sehr praktisch ist. Hygiene: Gute Hygiene, jeden Tag pünktlich gereinigt Umgebung: Es ist so bequem, hier zu essen, zu trinken und Spaß zu haben. Es ist auch praktisch für unterwegs und sehr zu empfehlen. Service: Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Sie haben eine Übersetzungsmaschine. Wenn Sie etwas nicht verstehen, übersetzen Sie einfach direkt. Ich habe das Frühstück für meine Kinder fünf Tage lang aufgestockt. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist sehr gemächlich. Obwohl es nicht viele Arten von Frühstück gibt, ist die Qualität ziemlich gut. Es gibt eine Auswahl an Gemüse, Saft, Milch, Kaffee, Tee, Miso-Suppe, Brot, Natto, Hühnersteak usw. Es ist auch sehr reichhaltig. Die Umgebung des Restaurants ist gut. Jeder Tag scheint um 6:30 Uhr zu beginnen und um 9:30 Uhr zu enden. Frühstück wird empfohlen.

Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly. #1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins #2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK #3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor #4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines. #5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE #6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO

Unsere Familie von 5 hat das Zimmer mit einem offenen Bad im Januar 2025 gebucht. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Das Bad war warm und schön trotz des windigen und kalten Wetters. Das Zimmer/die Zimmer waren schön, die Aussicht auf die Ise Bay (insbesondere bei Sonnenuntergang) war spektakulär, und das Essen war großartig, vor allem das Abendessen. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich freundlich und schön, sie halfen uns sogar ein Taxi zum Flughafen buchen nach dem check out. Für diejenigen, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Shuku Kaifu reisen, empfehle ich ihnen vor der Anreise eine Anrufung, damit sie einen Abholservice vom Utsumi (Bahnhof) arrangieren können.

Ich habe es bei meiner Reise benutzt. Die Landschaft des Gästezimmers ist großartig. Insbesondere ist die Landschaft wunderschön, wenn die Sonne aufsteigt. Es gibt auch einen großen öffentlichen Badewanne im Gebäude, so dass Sie langsam eine Badewanne nehmen können. Es gibt keinen Bequemlichkeitsladen in der Nähe des Hotels, so dass Sie den Einkauf auf dem Weg abschließen sollten. Neben dem Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

This hotel is a bit dated but has a classic antique ambiance to it. It took me some hours to learn how to operate the toilet 😅 but I finally figured it out. The young lady, I forgot her name, helped me with understanding the thermostat.. as she was the only one who spoke some English the evening I arrived. But she was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shower was warm and had good water pressure! Hotel was convenient to subway station and buying tickets. Also convenient to nearby local eateries.

值得強烈安利的酒店！餐飲，住宿體驗都很棒！ 酒店環境非常好，日式氛圍充足，對於外國旅客來説是一個很棒日式旅館體驗。最最值得一提的點是餐飲，早晚飯都有着相當高的水準，吃貨福音！選擇多樣，出品品質很高。房間寬敞透亮無異味，床睡的十分舒適，基本設施都具備，外面可以看到很美的庭院。服務人員親切周到，這裏還有環境好且乾淨又安靜的露天温泉，我們在這裏度過了非常放鬆愜意的旅程，洗去了旅行每天趕路的疲憊。

Das Hotel liegt im Vordergrund des JR-Stations mit 3 Gehminuten. Ein großer Supermarkt APITA, wo Sie ein kleines Essensgericht innerhalb finden können, ist auch 2 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das komplimentäre Frühstück ist gut, das Hotel ist jeden Penny für einen Übernachtung wert.
