Before I review I want to say all the staff were kind friendly and very helpful. If this review was about the staff you would have 100%. My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished. I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties. Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it. If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!! The owners need to reinvest!!

This is a nice hotel for healing. Very tranquil and beautiful location. I came here to experience the onsen and it was not dissapointing. The onsen started at 8pm, and while I was enjoying it I could see the night light. The cottage itself was very clean, there are no bugs, and complete amenities.

這家酒店有很大的花園，有漂亮的泳池，酒店的位置很好，對面有加油站和超市。離碼頭還有診所很近，早餐很好吃。這家酒店的服務員很熱情，很有禮貌，每位工作人員都和我打招呼，幫我拿行李。特別是前台接待處的女士，她的笑容讓我感到很温暖。她給我提供了許多幫助，讓我在banyuwangi的旅程很順利！

Das beste Hotel in der Nähe des Ijen-Vulkans. Ich blieb drei Tage dort und konnte es nicht ertragen, es zu verlassen. Der Service und die Mahlzeiten waren perfekt und die Hygiene war sauber und ordentlich. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Toilette keine Tür hatte etwas peinlich. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben das einfachste Zimmer genommen. Das ist völlig ausreichend. Große Hotelanlage, viele Swimmingpools. Es gibt sogar eine Sauna. Vor Kurzem wurde vor Ort ein europäisches Restaurant mit köstlichem Essen eröffnet. Ich empfehle es!

Could be better if the bed is a bit firmer. too soft for my back and I woke up unfresh. Thankfully it was just for a night and I moved to another hotel. Other than that it was great. I did not taste the breakfast though.

Nur 2 Stunden verbrachte ich, als ich den Berg dort Nacht aufreist. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut. Toiletten braucht Renovierung.

Tempat nyaman, harga terjangkau. Murah pokoknya worth banget,,,, next bakal booking lg, thanks trip
